Rooms was clean and very nice breakfast was lovely all staff was very friendly
Just having kettle in your room would of been nice but you just have to ask at the reception

Location, Short Walk to public transportation. Friendly and helpful staff.
No air conditioning. The rooms were very stuffy. A fan provided some relief.

The hotel staff were always on site. I didn't have to check in on line though I could if I wanted. The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. I love that the reception was always open.
The reception was always open, I could phone and speak with a real human at the end of the phone. I didn't have to do everything online. And the humans were all helpful, friendly polite and spoke English.

Location, friendly staff
The shower fixture was broken so the shower head could only hit the side of the window. The shared balcony led to an awkward encounter. The key card was always an issue and I was outside of my room on numerous occasions.
