The location is excellent! I booked a private room and it was a lovely room, spacious and a comfortable bed. Really helpful staff and the hostel itself was very quiet considering its location.
The air conditioning in the room can't be turned off so it does mean the room can become quite cold. There are extra blankets if needed but I found it still a bit chilly in the night.

The showers were not so good, and also the hostel could offer more activities to do with people at the hostel.

Great location on Cairns Esplanade, close to waterfront, food markets, art galleries and cafés.
Super friendly and helpful staff.

The owner was very nice and quick to respond to any problems.
Location is very good. We can access the night market and sea side soon.
Some guests were making noise in the kitchen even late at night (1 AM)
