Easy booking once you’ve paid you receive a code for the front door. They’ll give you instructions to get your room key once you’re inside great service!
I wasn’t aware that there was a key deposit for $50 in cash until my last day props to the staff members for understanding this and letting me stay on!

價格便宜。有冷氣。床舖滿乾淨。
私人空間規劃良好，房間內有自己的櫃子（需自備鎖上鎖）。
每個人在飯廳也會有一個小櫃子，裡面有餐具（刀叉、湯匙、盤子、杯子）以及一個黑色袋子（用來當冰箱袋）。
冰箱也有按照房號+床號規劃空間，很整齊。
每層樓有2間廁所，4間浴室，通常不太需要排隊。
入住的時候會需要給銀行卡號碼，扣50元押金，退房沒問題後，會把錢退回。
公共空間滿大，有廚房、飯廳、可以看電影的交誼廳等。
有提供免費的義大利麵和米飯。加熱都是電子加熱爐，相對安全。
會舉辦一些免費活動，但沒有特別參加。
混宿房都是男生（會在意的女生就不推薦了）。
地點很不錯，對面就是Rusty's market，後面也有woolworths。
整體滿老舊的，
房間內的櫃子會搖晃，床的部分也算滿晃的。
門是木頭的，隔音很差，可以聽到走動聲。
房間有些味道，但還可接受...。

Cheap for Cairns. Hostel events available on many days. Stocked kitchen with some free items like free pasta. No issues regarding feeling safe. Luggage storage room available for before check in or after check out times.
We stayed in 8 room mixed dorm, 4 x bunk beds. Felt a bit like the room was occupied by more long term permanent guests rather than short break holidaymakers like ourselves, which I felt meant the room was a bit messy and felt dark and cramped. Not all the beds had curtains for privacy and beds did not have a private plug socket so I couldn’t charge my phone on the first night as all the nearby plugs were being used. Showers were pretty basic. Great for a budget but if you have more financial flexibility somewhere slightly nicer or one of the smaller rooms with fewer guests here might be worth the upgrade.

Location was great and possibility to have your own room. Guy from the reception was very nice and helpful.
Cleanliness could have been better. Unfortunately, the bed sheets did not appear to have been changed.
The blonde lady at the reception was not the best side of hostel. She barely communicated with us and seemed to avoid speaking, which made the interaction feel awkward and left us feeling a bit disrespected.
In complete contrast, the guy who checked us in at the beginning of our stay was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.
