Location good and bad if u like quiet town but its near Red Brick red house and Ropeway to Mt Hakodate within walking distance of 10mins
The toilet in the room was elevated and I injured myself after tripped

We stayed on the top floor and wow! Spacious, comfy, and a perfect place to relax. Incredible view as well. We stayed for two nights and unfortunately the weather was pretty poor. It rained the whole time and was super windy so we didn’t get to take the ropeway, which was the whole reason we chose this location. I’m glad we did though, because it was a great part of the city to stay in. The staff were so kind and accommodating. It felt like a special experience. The room was so large I felt like we had an entire house to ourselves. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever lucky enough to return.
Really hard to find things to dislike about this place. Everything is a little dated, but it has character.
