Great location and good walk ability to lots of attractions and convenience stores. Also close to public transport and buses and train stations to various destinations.
The apartment we were in is a bit dark and no views to the outside as it has another building very close to it on one side.

Loved that the room had a kitchen, the bathroom was clean. We did had the soap rack fall off the wall and reveal some of the filth but other than that we were super happy with the room. Having a Kitchen and a big supermarket in walking distance meant we were able to buy very decently priced wagyu and grill it in the pan!
The washing and drying combination machines are not working properly. We had 5 dry cycles trying to dry the laundry but it still didn't dry anything. I ended up walking to a laundromat 20 minute walking distance from the hotel in the middle of the night around 1AM.

Our room was a good size, so it was comfy for 2 people. The guesthouse is not so far from the market and the city center. It is very close to the bus stop. There is a Japanese bath within a 10-minute walk. The staff were kind and helpful. There is a drinks vending machine in the building, which is helpful. The room was clean.

Beds. Pictures show mattresses on bed, however they had paper thin futon
Poor night’s sleep. Staff were unable to provide with any assistance- ie double layer, or extra doona to lie on to increase comfort.
