What a beautiful hotel together with kind and friendly staff in a great location. What more could you ask for. We loved this hotel!
We were slightly surprised that they wouldn’t accommodate our request for an extra hour at checkout (11am) after staying eleven nights. We do understand the hotel is busy however the check in time is 3pm which should still give them ample time to clean a room.

Great establishment. We are very pleased with our stay, by far the best accommodation we enjoyed on our Japan trip. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and great service.

The bedroom and the bathroom are exceptionnaly spacious and confortables. The staff speak english and is helpful.
The breakfast is occidental and correct .

I absolutely recommend this hotel! I would definitely come back. Service is great, super nice room. Bathroom and the most comfortable beds I had in Japan. Thank you so much!
