We arrived by train and walked to the street where the accommodation was situated. Booking.com had given us an incorrect address but Omar, the host, was incredibly communicative and helpful before we even arrived, and told us the correct address thankfully! Peschiera was busy... very busy... but the street where we were staying was much quieter, as it was away from the main drag but still within very easy walking distance. We found a lovely bar to have a couple of drinks in before Omar met us, not realising that we would be staying directly above it! I was concerned when Omar said we were on the first floor, as we would have the bar and its seats outside directly below us, but the soundproofing in the apartment was amazing and we weren't disturbed at all. The room itself was lovely. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was served downstairs in the bar form 8am and the staff there were all absolutely lovely. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone. We will definitely be back.
Two key cards instead of one would have been useful, as I quite often stayed out later than my partner, but we managed. Checkout is at 10am, which is a little early, but you can store your luggage in the bar. Those are my only gripes, I can't fault anything else.

A great location in the beautiful small town of Peschiera.
The room was very clean, lots of space and great air con.
Very easy to communicate with the host and a lovely breakfast downstairs.

Lovely, clean and spacious room and bathroom.
Easy to access and great recommendations from the host - we tried out a few recommended restaurants and these were great!
The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options each morning including pastries and toasties. The staff at the cafe downstairs where breakfast was served were very friendly and welcoming.
The locations was brilliant, right in the centre of town with lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
We found a large car park nearby that always had a space and was free which was brilliant and saved us a lot of money!
