I didn't have to talk to anyone. The hot tub was great. It is pretty secluded. There is another rental nearby but you can't actually see them. The main living areas are very well sized, larger than photos implied. Back porch being closed off on the sides made this a perfect stay with our dogs. Despite the issues I mention in "what I didn't like" we will likely stay here again due to their very kind pet policy.
The door code was like 10 digits long. I had to pull out my reading glasses to read it off my phone while holding a leash with a wiggly dog on the end every single time we came back from going anywhere. Just an overly absurd door code. Also, the inside jetted tub takes too long to fill. The water starts to get cold before it is jet level. Neither of these issues are deal breakers though. Just mildly inconvenient.

Extremely clean cabin with great amenities. Very private but just a short drive to some beautiful sites in North Georgia.
Had issues with the 10 digit door codes;however, we were given access to the key in the lock box. The “old fashion” approach to unlocking a door came through again!!

secluded & peaceful
Did not like the fact we had no cell service. couldn’t even send a text, we had to wait to get to Helen to c/o that our coffeemaker needed to be descaled & wouldn’t work. we sent in the replacement order Monday & Wednesday they still hadn’t replied
said they were very busy but working on it….. really 2 days to bring another.. only 2 cabins on our property & we never did get it. Also they need a better cleaning staff. looked great when we walked in but once you stared to use the facilities they skipped a lot
