The cottage is in a very pretty, quiet location with private parking which was ideal.
The host Katie was excellent in communicating the details and making recommendations for restaurants etc. The property is well equipped and very comfortable. The bathroom looks very newly decorated and fabulous large shower. I would certainly recommend this property, especially if you have your own transport to then visit the island.
Nothing! If I am being ultra critical my only observation / feedback is the velux windows are hard to open unless you are very tall could do with a bit of de-cobwebbing.

Das Bett im kleineren Zimmer war nicht komfortabel. Keine Nachttischlampe am Bett. Der Kleiderschrank war ohne Fächer und eine Kommode war nicht vorhanden. Der Kleiderschrank war außerdem mit Haushaltsgeräten (einschließlich Staubsauer, welcher sichtbar voll mit Haaren war) vollgestellt. Die Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an Geschirr und das vorhandene war ein Sammelsurium aus verschiedenen Tassen, es passte nichts zusammen. Die Besteckschublade war verschmutzt. Die Fenster ließen sich von normal großen Personen nicht öffnen. Der Backofen könnte eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Das Wohnzimmer war auf den ersten Blick gut eingerichtet. Jedoch stellte sich bald heraus, wie alt und unbequem die Esstischstühle waren und unter der Tischdecke verbarg sich ein alter fleckiger Tisch, der nicht zu den Stühlen passte. Die Sitzmöbel waren ansonsten abgewohnt und nicht bequem. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, was uns nicht weiter gestört hat. Insgesamt ist zu sagen, dass wir für den doch recht hohen Preis mehr Komfort erwartet haben. Die Vermieter haben wir eher zufällig auf der Straße getroffen. Wir haben die genannten Mängel aufgrund fehlender Englischkenntnisse nicht direkt angesprochen.
