Good location buses were very good and you could get almost anywhere in the lakes by transport. Lots of good walks, defi

It’s in a superb area with all amenities within walking distance, the cottage was comfortable and had everything that was needed for a week in the Lake District.

The washing machine was not clean it smelled like dog blankets had been washed in it and not been cleaned out afterwards, it left our cloths smelling of dog not nice.

Cosy , homely and easily accessible

Great Location! The rooms are very cosy and great for families- provide a very homely feeling. The secret room was a great surprise and perfect for spending quality time after a wonderful day of sightseeing.

The check in and check out time seemed a bit inconvenient- we had to reschedule our trains to get there in time.If it would have been a bit flexible that could've been much helpful.
