Nestled in Buxton, this attractive house for $159 per night is a great choice for your next break. Lazy Daze 625 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' You won't have time to be 'Lazy' with all the great amenities there are to experience at this fantastic sound front home! The boardwalk leads right to the sound, ending at a small pier with benches and stairs to the water, providing a gorgeous place to drink in the fabulous, unobstructed views of sunsets over the Pamlico Sound. The sandy beach and dock provide the perfect opportunity for kayaking and kite surfing during your stay. Two levels of sundecks offer excellent deck furnishings. This retreat has been recently updated with new floors and new paint throughout. Relax surrounded by beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings inside Lazy Daze. The two main bedrooms feature bathrooms with roll-in showers, each with a TV and DVD player. The great room with high ceilings and plenty of windows will offer a comfortable, relaxing place. Others can congregate in the kitchen with wooden cabinets and a refrigerator with an icemaker to grab a snack and discuss the day. Four TVs and a VCR player will provide plenty of indoor amusement if you need a break from the beach. Books, games, and a shuffleboard table are also available for your enjoyment. Additional entertainment features include a 36-inch TV with a memory stick port and a DVD/CD player in the great room. The list of great features goes on for Lazy Daze. You'll find a wet bar with a mini-fridge and microwave in the den, and a convenient elevator will take you to all levels of the home, perfect for transporting luggage and groceries. The seven-person hot tub will be a relaxing place to enjoy a refreshing beverage or one of those famous Outer Banks sunsets. A private outdoor shower with a changing area provides added convenience for cleaning off. Fishermen will be delighted with the convenience of having a large fish cleaning station complete with double sinks and running water to clean their daily catches. Enjoy fishing for your daily catch from the end of the dock, where seasonal fish such as trout, red drum, and croakers have earned previous guests both NC saltwater fishing citations and delicious meals at the end of the day. With all there is to enjoy at Lazy Daze, you'll be hard-pressed to experience any 'lazy days' on your next trip to the Outer Banks! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The house is in a perfect location with beautiful views and access to the sound. Very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay; kitchen, bathroom supplies, etc. Close to the beaches and restaurants. We rented kayaks and enjoying taking them out on the sound. The hot tub was great! Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Great house on beautiful sound and dock was amazing for fantastic sound access.
Issues with VACASA sending us the wrong codes to get in for 20 hours. Communication was poor and luckily we found a broken sliding glass door to get in!! VACASA did refund some of our money for this ridiculous inconvience but needs to update their customer service lines and send lockout emergency numbers immediately!
House was clean but lacked bath towels until we called and texted many times. Kitchen needs to be updated. We did not have enough dishes/silverware or cookware for a house of 7. Decks and fishing gear were wonderful!

This place has everything you need for a lovely week on the sound in Buxton. We loved that it was so close to everything (apple uglies daily) and yet feels secluded and removed. Everything was in working order and despite some minor check in delays with codes etc from Vacasa it was a wonderful stay! The dock is just everything and the views are breathtaking all day long. If you have to be inside the kitchen is where we spent our time cooking, doing puzzles at the table, playing cards etc. the owners have supplied everything you could need so well. The elevator worked great for my husband and my dog and I would race it to meet him at the dock! We hope to come back here again! the only feedback we have is we like a softer bed so if you are like us bring your mattress topper if you can! And we didn’t find the couches comfy but we weren’t there to watch TV so it didn’t impact our stay at all. Lovely wonderful magical outerbanks home!

Washer & dryer don't work, house is filthy, floor sinking in, refrigerator doesn't shut, mold in many areas in home, no ceiling in bathroom, & much more! DO NOT RENT!

Nice private, quiet location. The sound view and pier/deck are amazing. The bathrooms need updating. The outside shower is useless. Home desperately needs a clothesline or somewhere to hang wet towels, swimsuits etc securely.

The view from Lazy Daze is the best! The very, very long dock makes for lovely evening strolls andthe new updates bring a freshness to the home. It was a joy to spend two weeks here.

If you’re looking for a beautiful home off the beaten path, Lazy Daze is your home! This is our 3rd time staying here and it certainly won’t be the last. The walkway to the sound is perfect for sunbathing, swimming in the sound, fishing, etc. The home itself has been updated recently and is perfect for a few small families! We highly recommend!
