Other recent upgrades include a remodeled lower bath. For entertainment, you can cook up a feast outside on the grill or stay happily entertained indoors with two HDTVs, a Blu-ray/DVD player, a stereo/CD player, games, books, and free high-speed WiFi for your laptop. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Everything as expected from photos. Great location, and worked our perfect for our needs. Loved the open Kitchen/Living/Dining floor plan, and great views.

Property is oceanfront just a shortwalk through the dunes to the beach. We didnt need everything it had to offer as it was mainly a crash pad for a guy's fishing trip and we were gone all day for our few day trip. Not far from grocery store, bait shop, and several restaurants.

Location, Location, Location. On the walkway. Good Avon location on a quiet cul-de-sac.
House could use a little love, but after so many stays, there were no surprises.
And the rental price reflects the condition. Works for us.
Vacasa, on the other hand, is a work in progress and needs some professional management consulting.

This house could use some maintenance. Rugs are old and weary. Not well vacuumed either. Closet door broken. Not even one waste basket in house. Basically a bit shabby all around. However Tvs and appliances worked. Passable experience. Online photos much better than reality.

Cozy, vehicles are out of the weather, a little to far back from the beach , enjoyed seeing the deer every morning.

We love this house. It has an extremely well equipped kitchen with beautiful cabinets. We love the deck and the high furniture so we can see the water.

The house was super clean and had some products already there for us to use (we brought our own TP, tissues, and laundry things… they provided some for us).
