Located in Oxnard, this lovely house for $1,264 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Wonderful home with amazing amenities and the best views in the entire area! Step onto one of California's best surf break beaches, Silverstrand. On the North side is the Harbor and the Channel Islands out in front. The rooftop deck is with BBQ and sitting areas and dining table. Great place above it all to entertain or just relax. The kitchen is a true chef's The home is equipped with chef's kitchen and supplies. The entire house has a filtered water softener with extra water filtration In kitchen sink and refrigerator. There are 4 kayaks, 2 standup paddle boards, boogie boards, and 2 bikes for enjoying the outdoors. Beach chairs and beach towels provided. Everything you need in bathrooms, hair dryers, straightening iron and curling iron. Waking to the north jetty you will see the historical La Janelle sunken ship. Restaurants within walking distance to eat in or take out. The home was remodeled 5 years ago and has electric blinds, tv surround sound, beautiful marble countertops and a Restoration Hardware Cloud couch. The kitchen has everything you could possibly imagine. State of the art appliances. Oxnard is centrally located to be able to go to Santa Barbara or Malibu easily. The Camarillo outlets are less then 30 minutes away for great shopping. The sunsets are incredible. You will have some amazing memories

The house is beautiful and well appointed! We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop's amazing 360 degree view. The primary floor (kitchen, family, dining) is an ideal gathering space with more than ample seating and fantastic views! It was the perfect area for a wonderful 55th dinner with long-time friends for my CA native husband that's been in NC for 25+ years. Debbie is proactive w communication and very responsive. We had a fabulous weekend in a gorgeous spot! Thank you!

House was fabulous, location was fabulous, host was fantastic, beds were phenomenally comfortable, best sleep we've had in a long time. kitchen was glorious and incredibly well stocked. Family had an amazing time and my 3yo grandson was so upset to leave "his castle" he made me promise to being him back sometime soon. Parking lot behind house was a complete non-issue. Rooftop lounge was incredible for relaxing and enjoying the breeze and beautiful views. Highly recommend this proprty.

Living area, primary bedroom space, and upper deck provided incredible views of ocean, beach, and coastal mountains.
Perfect venue for large family gathering and ample space for everyone to spread out. Access to a clean, quiet beach was a major attraction of this property. Neighborhood was low key with easy drive to grocery stores and local restaurants. Ventura Botanical Garden and Ojai were fun outings for all ages.

The Oxnard beach house was amazing! Debbie was very communicative and easy to work with. We flew in the day before and she allowed us to access the house earlier on check in day. We loved the beach town and the vibe of the area where the house is located. The chefs kitchen is very well stocked even for our amateur chefs. Also, lots of beach toys, 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach games, & a big wagon to pull it all in. The house has the most amazing water views from everywhere. The master bedroom is especially beautiful with water views. The rooftop deck is spectacular with beautiful views and seating. Two things of note: the house is directly behind the public parking lot. At first I was concerned about this but it turned out to be not a big deal. Unless you uare standing on the balcony you can't see the parking lot anyway. It was not noisy either. Also the fourth bedroom is actually off of the master bath with no separate entrance so you have to walk through the master bedroom and bath to get to the fourth bedroom. We were there with adult children and it worked out ok but I was not clear on this beforehand. Neither of the two points of note would stop me from renting the house I just thought it was worth mentioning. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this house.

Family stayed here to celebrate birthdays and it was amazing. Everything was as described and even better. They have everything you need to have a wonderful family getaway at the beach with first class accommodations. Definitely coming back.

They thought every touch! Our favorite was the roof top lounging area. 360° beautiful view of beach and marine harbor to the side with boat sounds and seals barking out in the harbor! Comfy beds. Huge and fully stocked kitchen. Lovely owners!

I wanted to get away for my family for a few nights and celebrate my 40th birthday and this house delivered exactly what I needed. It was kid friendly, dog friendly and adult friendly - something for everyone. It was beautifully decorated and there was a view of either the harbor or the ocean from every side. The house had everything we needed and Debbie was a great host. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house getaway.

The owner thought of every detail. So beautifully furnished. The home is so generously equiped with everything. You need bring nothing but clothes. The ambiance is fabulous, the views from every window beautiful. I would absolutely come again. Beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, boogie boards, kayaks, toys, so many things to make your stay wonderful. Our family raved about the home. One of the best vacation rentals we have been to.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was amazing…the master shower (glorious), beds (so comfortable and cozy), the kitchen (unbelievably fantastic), the rooftop and balconies (just amazing), so much room inside and out…and our host left all kinds of little extras that made our stay so special! She was also so nice and always responded immediately to my questions. In addition, she emailed me a document of fun things to do in the area and left a binder at the house full of information on activities, restaurants, etc. The house has everything you need for beach fun, cooking, general necessities, etc. The views are absolutely amazing! The beach access was perfect! Step right on to the beach. The beach was fantastic…never too crowded, clean, and great waves close to shore. We stayed 7 nights with our kids, grandkids, and doggie. We couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay! Thank you for the most wonderful beach house to stay at and great time you provided for our family!

Beautiful House and Greatest Views!
We had a large family and friend gathering and everyone LOVED the house. It is beautiful, clean, has every amenity and beach toy you could ever need, and has the most amazing views of the beach and harbor. Debbie was so sweet and helpful before and during our stay. Lovely Family Get Away
We came to California to escape the sun and heat in Arizona. My sister and her pup met up with us from San Francisco. This home was the most welcoming home we've stayed in. It is the perfect home for families as Debbie thought of all of the amenities for outdoor fun, to cooking in the gourmet kitchen, to the toiletries. She undersold her amenities for sure. My sister and daughter went kayaking and water boarding. I went on runs every morning. The home is beautiful and wonderfully updated. The weather was perfect for us which was a little foggy (perfect for morning runs) for part of the day, but it burned off. The sunsets were spectacular and very beautiful. This area reminded us of Hilton Head. The area is perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to Santa Barabara, Malibu, and LA. This home and host is A++.

The Ultimate Luxurious Beach House
This home at it all! High end line linens and towels to a state of the art kitchen this home was designer complete with everything you need! Perfect location on the sand. We enjoyed watching the family kayak and paddle board from the spacious rooftop with breathtaking views! We will definitely be back.

Summer Beach Fun
This property is beautiful! First impressions are everything and this property made a lasting one! The host was communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Check in, and out are super easy and smooth. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and some dog treats for our dog., which she loved (and we enjoyed the wine ). The furniture is comfortable, beds and sofas. There are plenty of places for everyone to gather together as well as private spaces to retreat to. The kitchen is well stocked , anything you need to cook, bake, create is provided. The roof top deck has 365 degree views of the ocean and marina. It was a favorite place to hang out. Everything about this property is perfection. We enjoyed our stay there and are already looking forward to coming to stay again.
