About this cabin rental
Located in Buffalo River, this charming cabin for $257 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Come enjoy the Upper Buffalo River Wilderness Area and the quaint town of Jasper, Arkansas, and relax in our cozy cabin overlooking a year-round rock bottom creek. Our three bedroom/two bath cabin is situated perfectly for both those that love nature and those that like the amenities of town close by. We are located 1.4 miles away from the town of Jasper, approximately 7 miles to either the Pruitt or Hasty river access on the Buffalo National River, and 10-20 minutes away from many wonderful day hikes, mountain biking trails and swimming holes. Or, you may want to just sit, relax, and enjoy the sounds of the creek on one of the two porches overlooking the water. Our cabin has a fully equipped kitchen and a gas and charcoal grill for enjoying meals in, or Jasper has several restaurants for those wanting a meal out. Creekside is fully furnished with linens, towels and bedding and has a full washer/dryer. Creekside cabin has a bedroom and full bath downstairs, plus upstairs, via loft stairs, there is another full bath and private bedroom with a queen bed and tv. There is also a bonus loft area with two twin beds, new queen sleeper sofa and an additional sitting area. Creekside is perfect for a romantic getaway for two, a couples’ retreat or for a family vacation. If bringing little ones, please use caution with the loft stairs! The outside stairs make it convenient for carrying luggage up to the second story. *If you don’t find your requested dates available, please check our other 2 Jasper locations on VRBO. Prop ID 2474188 & 2729448 **We've made many updates in 2022--New couches with a roomier living area layout, new 43" Smart TV, new king bed, new bedding on all the beds, larger dining table, plus TV’s were added to the upstairs bedroom and loft. If you’re looking for floating convenience, we are between the Pruitt and Hasty drop points and less than 5 minutes to grocery and all that Jasper has to offer. So, come enjoy a true mountain log-cabin (not rustic!) experience in the Ozarks at a get away perched above a beautiful babbling, super clear rock-bottom creek and make your memories here!

MawMaw, Pop, my daughter, son-in-law and two grandkids loved this cabin. It was clean, well-stocked and had everthing we could have wanted. The cabin had a great firepit area near a creek which we enjoyed several nights. My 7 year old grandson loved the loft bedroom area that had a tv he could hook-up his gaming system to after a fun day of hiking. This grandma and grandpa have made some great memories of the first hiking trip with a couple of our grandkids. Hope to return to Creekside Cabin in the future. Highly recommend!

Our stay was everything we had hoped it would be. It was peaceful, beautiful and a wonderful opportunity to reset for a few days before the wedding and just get away and unwind and relax. The cabin is gorgeous and full of character as w lol as providing everything you may need. The porch over looking the creek equipped with rocking chairs is the perfect place to have Morning coffee and take a deep breath of fresh Morning mountain air.

We stayed at this property as a group - family with two kids under 10, a pair of newlyweds, grandmother and great grandmother, plus our little dog. Everyone commented on how nice everything was, how comfortable and accommodating the space was, and how convenient for all the outdoor activities we were looking forward to in the area. Perfect for a weekend or a week! A perfect getaway, while still connected to the world.
The cabin is exactly as pictured - furniture in great condition, beds are comfortable, restrooms very functional, and the porch and outside area just perfect to spend time together and relax. The internet worked very well. Kitchen has everything, grill works great. Decoration is tasteful and not excessive - since the surfaces were not covered in delicate knick-knacks, we felt comfortable relaxing and playing board games without worry that we would accidentally damage items just by a function of walking around. The AC is very good and the house was climate controlled appropriately in the heat of a Labor Day weekend in August, including in the upstairs bedrooms! The creek looks like its lovely to play in at earlier in the season when the water level is higher, and overall the outside aspect of this house was just gorgeous. Loved the firepit.
The owners were very communicative and responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable. Thank you, Jake and family, for a lovely stay. We plan to book again!!!

We loved our time in the peace and quiet of Jasper, AR. Property was exactly as described, very clean, and relaxing. Got to speak with the hosts a few times and they were very pleasant.

The inside is beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need or want.make sure to enjoy an evening or morning on the front porch listening to the creek and star gazing.
There are numerous easy access points to Buffalo River that are quiet and very beautiful.
We ordered pizza one night from the jasper pizza company and took it back to the cabin. It was good and folks were nice.

We spent several nights at this cabin with our kids and grandkids and had a great time!
Cabin was clean and well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals. Creek was a hit with the kids as well as the nearby swimming holes.
Jake made checking in super simple and was responsive with any questions we had. Great relaxing get away. Stairs mentioned are steep but were not an issue as there were baby gates available at top and for bottom stairs.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! We did have an issue with wasps, and ended up killing 8 in the first couple of days. When I reached out I was told “the woods are a scary place”. Lol. Jake was great and even offered to buy us dinner. They really wanted to be sure we had a great time at their property and we did. Our son loved the creek and stayed in it most of the time.

Cabin is very nice . VERY well stocked and clean . Wi-Fi works well . Beds are comfortable . Towels and linens are in great shape . Communication with owner was excellent . Would definitely stay again ! My only suggestion ( not a complaint ) is I wish the creek bed was a little more cleared . It’s much more grown over than the pics and as a person terribly afraid of snakes , I would love it less overgrown :-) but it definitely gets 5 stars from us !!

We stayed a Creekside for a weekend family reunion. Beautiful cabin, well appointed, and just what our family needed. I wish we had been able to enjoy a little more time at the cabin rather than the activities we had planned. Loved sitting on the beautiful porch for morning coffee, and very thankful for the good AC and numerous ceiling fans on this hot Arkansas weekend. Host were responsive to the couple of questions we had come up and made the stay easy and enjoyable. If you need a quiet stay in nature this is a great place.

It was very nice, the creek was beautiful to look at and hear when we woke up and went to bed. The trees are a bit over grown so the view didn’t look like the pictures but the cabin was very nice.

Loved the cabin and secluded location. This is a great leap pad for hiking in the Ozarks. Jake and Amber have done a wonderful job creating this wonderful place and everything is included. Be careful going up the stairs on the inside and the neighbor's dog will come visit. She's friendly, but if you shoo her away, she'll leave you alone. The cabin has plenty of space and you'll find tons of room on the 2nd floor. Just what our family needed for a short, getaway.

This was the perfect get away destination to catch up with old veteran friends over such a wonderful weekend for reflection. Hiking trails were nearby, which gave us ample opportunity to get out and enjoy nature.
