LIVING AREA The window-lined living room sets the scene for socializing and laid-back movie nights. Settle in on a comfy queen-size sleeper sofa or a sleek recliner while a film plays on the 47 Roku TV. KITCHEN & DINING Gorgeous granite countertops complement a full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances -- including a four-door fridge and a gas range. This well-equipped gourmet space has all the cookware and gadgets youll need. When it's time to eat, gather at a dining table for eight. BED & BATH This single-story home sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Find a queen-size bed and a desk in the serene master bedroom. The en-suite master bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower and a lovely soaking tub. The guest room is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a pair of comfy twins-size beds. A sparkling walk-in shower rounds out the guest bathroom. OUTDOOR AREA French doors lead to a spacious and secluded yard with all-around fencing -- the perfect place for a picnic or a sunny afternoon reading session. THE LOCATION This charming Bainbridge Island neighborhood is within walking distance (less than 1 mile) from the shops and restaurants of Pleasant Beach Village, and picturesque Rockaway Beach Park is 8 minutes away by car. Downtown Seattle is just 35 minutes away via the ferry (a 15-minute drive from your front door) -- take a day trip to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and Chihuly Garden & Glass. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Wonderful weekend stay. We are a family of 4 with 2 grandparents and it worked out perfect for us especially for the price. The house had everything we needed. Enjoyed the large soaking tub. We had an issue with the smoke detector and the property manager was very responsive.

We were in town for four nights for a family wedding and this house suited our needs just fine. It was convenient to the locations wedding events were held — a farm, a winery, a bar/restaurant and a park — as well as to the grocery store and ferry. It was clean, had good beds and two bathrooms with showers, a good-size kitchen and a table big enough for 8+. The setting was neither here nor there (it’s basically a house in a suburb) but if you’re just needing a place to stay, it does just fine.

Review is for VACASA only. House clean but your company dropped the ball the minute you were paid in full. A robotic voice for 40 minutes instead of a real person on the other end of phone? Shame on me but double shame on you. We never did get help!!

They allowed early check in which was great. The house was spotless and the layout was perfect for 2 couples, but also for a few kids if you brought the kids. It was located near the ferry by car. The living room and kitchen area was wide open. The bathroom with just the shower was small, especially the shower. Otherwise, very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty. When I walked out to the car, there was a buck and a doe in the front yard eating grass together. My sister, brother in law, my husband, and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for my nieces wedding at a venue close by. We really enjoyed staying in this family neighborhood. The home was clean, cozy and had everything we could ask for! the mattresses were wonderful ! This place inspired us to make time for another visit asap! Visiting this island reminds us of why we are so fortunate to live in the northwest.

The house was great. Our only complaint is that there were virtually no paper products, dish soap, or foil/saran paper.
