The living room and sunroom have plenty of seating for guests or for a couple to lounge and relax. The bedroom has room for a sitting area and a king size bed. This villa is within 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Turtle Point Golf Course, The Sanctuary, and East Village Town Market are all within a 5-10 minute walk or bike ride for ease. You are positioned steps from the bike path for enjoyment of all of the activity Kiawah has to offer. End unit is peaceful and quiet. This is a beautiful condo with a great view of the lagoon and very near the Sanctuary. Tastefully decorated, very clean, many nice amenities. Great communication while there with owner and property manager. Saw dolphin strand feeding while there which is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Best 20th year wedding celebration! Highly, highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, and the house was clean , beautifully decorated stocked to accommodate our stay. The wildlife alone was incredibly enjoyable, the deer the alligator and turtles in the pond to watch as we had coffee. We would stay again, and we would recommend this place to our friends.

We were in Kiawah for a tennis tournament over Labor Day weekend. This was the perfect property for my daughter and me. Great location to the tennis courts. We stocked home and beautifully decorated! The bed was so comfortable. We will definitely book next time we play in Kiawah!

This condo was fine, and a short bike ride from the beach. It was spacious, bright, and comfortable. The Keurig coffeemaker was not working properly, however, and communication with the property manager was both untimely and fruitless.

Nice condo close to the Sanctuary Resort and has a beautiful view of the lake where you can watch gators swim by in the mornings. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Communication with the property manager was very good throughout the stay.

Kiawah island is a little slice of heaven and my husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. Suzanne could not have been more helpful. She called ahead of time to give us a heads up about the condo downstairs being renovated and she also took time to recommend local restaurants on the island. The Italian restaurant at Freshfields is a must...amazing Italian food! Check in was a breeze and check out was the same. This is such a beautiful, relaxing place to visit. My only regret is not renting bikes to ride around the property. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this villa. It was decorated beautifully. It was clean as a whistle. There was some hospitality gifts set out for us at arrival. The highlight was sitting in the Sun room area and watching alligators, birds and turtles. You will love this villa as much as we did. Highly recommended !!!!!

Condo was perfect for the two of us. We loved the sunroom bay windows, spent a lot of down time there watching water and wildlife in the comfortable chairs. Very nice bed, linens and towels super nice. Kitchen very well equipped. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was a hike to the beach, but a beautiful walk. Definitely bikes recommended, which owner had told me. She was very helpful with everything.

The property was very nice. Clean, well decorated and furnished with all the items you would need. The screened in porch seems to have been converted to more indoor space. The owner and manager were awesome. Very responsive to questions and super nice.
