Come stay at our beautifully furnished, fully equipped 2 bedroom + den condo to enjoy your vacation! Steps away from James Chabot Beach, and within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown shopping. You will have access to Lake Windermere Pointe's seasonal outdoor pool, hot tubs (one is open year-round) & fitness centre. One underground parking stall will be provided during your stay. You'll love... - Two tastefully decorated bedrooms plus a den with 4 beds (2 queen, 2 singles) and a crib - Private patio with outdoor seating and a BBQ (propane's on us!) - Full kitchen and two bathrooms stocked with essentials - Walkable to James Chabot Beach - Access to the complex's seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness centre/gym. Living Room The living room features a smart TV with an Amazon Firestick. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. The couch can fold down into a futon bed so you can get extra cozy while watching a movie. Kitchen This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! Included Supplies: - Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals - Serving utensils - BBQ tongs - Complete set of knives - Coffee maker - Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a - toaster. Included Consumables: - Coffee, tea and sugar - Salt and pepper - Ketchup, mustard, and relish - Dishwasher tabs - Paper towel. Bedrooms Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep. Sleeping Arrangements: Primary Bedroom: Queen bed + crib Bedroom #2: Queen bed Den: 2 Twin beds Primary Bedroom Features a luxurious queen-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a giant walk-through closet. There is even a crib in the walkthrough closet so your little ones will be nice and close. Bedroom #2 This is a generously sized room with a queen-sized bed, dresser and closet. Den The perfect place for kids to go wind down, featuring 2 twin beds and another TV for them to relax. There is a privacy screen so you can block off this area when needed. Patio Has comfy patio furniture to sit and socialize. The propane grill will work great all year. Laundry There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied. Check-In/Checkout After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property. We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us. The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course. The Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market. Panorama Transportation The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM. - No smoking - No parties or events - Respect the neighbours - Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am

Our stay was comfortable and smooth. The unit is decorated beautifully and stocked with essentials. Loved that the condo was pet friendly. The people staying at Lake Windermere Pointe are also very friendly.

This was a great condo for a family mini-vacation. The condo is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. The crib was particularly welcome. The only negative comment was the wooden screen to close off the den area. It is free-standing but not safe to use with little ones in the room (teens or older would be fine).

Meeting up with family between two provinces can be hard. But this condo made it perfect. Fully loaded and nearby amenities, were topped off with nice decor and functional sleeping places. Will look forward booking again in the future.

We really enjoyed the space, location and all the amenities. Kids really enjoyed the short walking distance to James Chabot beach and the pool. The checkin/out instructions were easy to follow. Perfect space for our family of 4!

Right on the lake! Right next to a few fast food restaurants and ice cream. Everything is within walking distance which was perfect for us. Dog friendly! Dog could swim in the lake just past the main beach area - so we could all enjoy it together. The pool was a lot of fun. We loved it and would definitely recommend it

Enjoyed our stay at this property, very close to all amenities. The building is showing some wear and tear but the unit was great. Recommend for families.

We would have and did have a pool as an important part of our criteria for staying. Other than that it was fine.

We loved our mini vay cay! The unit was perfect for myself and my 3 kids and 2 dogs. Location was good and the off-season price was fantastic! I looked into coming back for the summer though and it gets pricey! Unfortunately someone was in our underground parking spot and the visitor parking was packed so we were stuck parking on the street. The unit could use a few more “pantry items” in the kitchen, but otherwise is was great.
