Upon entrance to the home, take off your boots in the entryway equipped with a wooden bench. Marvel at the high ceiling in the family room, where you can relax on the leather sofa and armchair seating as you sit beneath the skylight from the glass windows throughout the room. Unwind from your adventurous day, as you stream your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV. The dual-sided indoor gas fireplace will keep you warm, as you snuggle up with cozy blankets next to your loved ones. There is a shared full bathroom, around the corner from both bedrooms, with single vanity and a shower/tub combo. A laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a half bathroom, on the main floor of the home, are available during your stay. Lastly, there are 2 sleeper sofas available for guest use -- one in the living room and one in the family room. Guest Access: Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to 3 free parking spaces on the premises. The Neighborhood: This home is the perfect gateway to experience the mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. Getting Around: The shuttle is right across the street. You are within walking minutes of it all with this home's sought-after location within a 7-minute walk to the heart of Park City Main Street Historic District. Park City Mountain Town Lift, only about 5 blocks away, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. There is a bus stop right on Park Ave, which is a great FREE way to get around the entire Park City area. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are always available. Other Things to Note: There may be some street noise from Park Ave. Please do not park on the street. **The fireplace is currently out of service for an indefinite time due to a remote needing replacing, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Interaction with Guests: We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.
