The entire stay was perfect, walked the beach, went fishing in the bay, walked to great restaurants, don’t miss Lock N Key’s happy hour. The food was great in a very casual atmosphere. Nice kitchen setup, we cooked the fish we caught. Hope to be back next wonter

the furniture was so old it had to be covered with towels. The mattress, you sunk in the middle.The bathroom sink handle was broke.There is a lot of maintaining to be addressed. Great location, but won't stay there again unless they do updates and maintaince. We payed premium price. lesson learned.

The location of this unit is perfect. Easy to get to. It was so nice to just walk out my patio door and immediately be on the beach. The unit was well equipped and clean. Unfortunately, the 2 living room chairs were very worn out. I placed a blanket over one before I sat in it. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay. Bed was comfy. Loved the walk-in shower. Just a note – if there are guests staying in the upstairs unit, you can hear them walking around. It didn’t bother me.

This place is the absolute closest I have ever slept to the beach. Usually its a bit of a trudge through the sand, but not so here. Walk out your door, blink a few times and the water is at your feet. There was a tommy bahama chair in my closet, a picnic bench right outside my door to each lunch and dinner while watching the waves and sky. I also loved how little anticipated needs were met - There were scissors, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, qtips, floss and plenty of kitchen supplies like utensils, plates, glasses and mugs. Even tea was provided. The kitchen table was super cozy to sit indoors (water views!) The check-in process is 5 star easy-peasy. My initial excitement of seeing the location and easily popping out the key was quickly dashed upon opening the door. I was hit with a blast of mustiness that I knew involved water and moisture. A quick glance around and I located black mold growth next to the ceiling beam in the livingroom. Upon further scrutinizing I found small black patches of mold growth across the white ceiling. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and spent most of my stay with the air off and the door and windows wide open. I was also disappointed at how lumpy the bed was. Red stains on the bedskirt. In addition, there is little sound buffer and the second floor guests woke me up multiple times from footsteps going to and from their bathroom (2, 3 and 4 am). I heard every word they spoke It was an easy last minute booking but uncertain if I would return

Stayed here with my best friend from college, and we loved this condo! Loved the flamingo theme! Clean, well equipped! Only recommendation is to update the red chair in the living room, but what a great condo!!

The place was perfect. Everything we needed was there. It was quiet and peaceful. It is right on the beach. The bed was super comfortable. I hated to leave it. We will definitely be back.

All you need is a swimsuit and a good book! The place was clean and comfortable! It was well furnished with anything we could have needed. Just about thirty steps out to the beach! Nice restaurant options within walking distance if you don’t want to cook! It was lovely and relaxing.

My husband and I made a last minute decision to head to Englewood for the weekend. This cottage was perfect for us. It was right in the water, set up with everything we needed, and easy access to everything. We loved it and hope to visit again! Thanks for the hospitality!

The place is right on the beach however, it needs a serious update! The chairs are all peeling, and looks like mold on the white one The ceiling was leaking some type of water. I’m not sure where it was coming from. The owner did, however at promptly and tried to send the AC guy to look at it. However, he cannot figure out where it was coming from. Either stated it might’ve been the condensation because it’s so hot outside. Nevertheless, the ceiling around the beam had what appeared to be mold and dripping water. It is right on the beach which was nice. However, I would not stay there again.

Listen! This place is all about its location which is literally steps from the beach. You don’t even need to have flip-flops. Just walk out straight on to the beach without anything else between you and your room. Rest is secondary 😁

We’ve stayed in a few different vrbos in manasota and this is by far the best location you will find. Your front door is steps from the sand and you can see the water as you walk out the door. Check in was super easy. We only stayed one night and due to car issues didn’t get there til 1 am. The next morning when someone came to clean she was so extremely nice and told us not to rush and I had time to take a shower. After a very hectic few days and trying to get everything together to check out that morning, it was so nice to be able to slow down and enjoy the rest of our weekend trip. So thank you for your kindness! The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the blue and red lights on the outside. Looked like cop lights in the window lol but it is a very nice place for a couple. I’ll definitely be back!:)

The property was wonderful. Decor was a little outdated, but you don't go to the beach for the decor, so it was perfect. Everything in the house worked and was very clean. Comfortable bed as well. I would stay here again, and would recommend the stay to others.

We rented this place after a last minute cancellation from another condo. We were very pleased. It was a perfect location. The only issue was at the beginning when the cleaning crew did not finish cleaning until after our promised arrival time. We were able to wait on the beach. Once they finally finished it was a good week!

We enjoyed our visit! No issues with our rental, it was clean and well equipped. You can walk out the door and be on the beach in a matter of steps. Beach chairs, towels and beach combing scoop on site. The bed was a bit too soft for me, so I slept on the futon.

My sister and I needed some time away from NY and this was the absolute best most relaxing 5 days we could have asked for. Yes it may be a little out dated but....... super clean, everything you need in the house and right on the beach. You couldn't ask for any better. We loved that the roads in this area are not real busy and there is plenty close by if you need to get something. We loved it and will definitely be going back to this place. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

The unit's location is excellent and was very clean. We decided to extend our stay 3 more nights and was able to contact host promptly. Bedroom has king size bed rather than queen as listed. The living room has a decent queen size futon sofa plus 2 comfortable leather recliners, however one cosmetically worn. Note that the entrance to this unit is ocean side, not the front door facing parking lot as it first appears. (We arrived after dark) Exterior porch light bulb needs replacing. Outdoor grill on premises was pulled to neighbor area, and not available for our use during mealtimes. There were no beach chairs or beach towels as listed under amenities and parking is limited to your assigned unit's space number. We enjoyed our visit and will request this property again and will pack our beach chairs and beach towels from home. Thank you LIz and Andrew.
