Beautiful, clean, sanitized and spacious family friendly home with a HEATED pool and spa. Perfectly located minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and McCarran airport. Located in Las Vegas, this home is close enough to the strip so you can enjoy the desert night lights and far enough and well equipped to enjoy the comforts of home. Located in a quiet neighborhood this home is a 1/2 mile from the 515 fwy. Enjoy free wifi and flat screen tv's in every room. Pool Heating Policy (Winter Months):
Please note that from November 1 through February 28, due to consistently low outdoor temperatures, we do not offer pool heating during this period. However, the spa is available and can be heated upon request. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to provide a comfortable and energy-conscious experience for all our guests.

I was extremely pleased with house & amenities. Being almost 80 and having a bad right leg, having a bannister in/out of pool would be very helpful. Unable to hold on to something made getting in and out of pool extremely difficult for me. Would readily consider returning with this improvement.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making check-in and communication seamless. We truly felt welcomed and appreciated the attention to detail. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

This place is very roomy. We were excited to use pool and hot tub but didn’t notice the pool costs extra to heat. The hot tub has a schedule to be heated, which we didn’t know about and was not heated a lot of the times we asked for. There also was no mention of the fee for dogs when we booked. It just said pet’s welcome.
