This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront penthouse is located on the 17th floor of the Beach Colony West building at the Beach Colony Resort. Gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beaches of Perdido Key await you from every window and from your own private balcony. This privately-owned vacation home sleeps up to ten people. With over 1900 square feet, there's plenty of room for the whole family, or for entertaining friends while on your vacation. This home has been thoughtfully furnished and professionally decorated, so that your family has everything they need to have an amazing vacation at the beach. Almost everything in this unit is brand new as of 2022. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. Start your day off in the breakfast nook with spectacular views of the Gulf or enjoy a meal with the whole family in the dining area that offers seating for 8. There's nothing better than sipping your morning coffee on the spacious balcony overlooking the beach.The comfortably furnished living room offers an 82" HDR LED smart TV with sound bar and WIFI. The Owners Netflix account is installed for your viewing pleasure. There is plenty of seating for everyone to relax together, including a sleeper sofa with a full-size bed. Each bedroom has a 55" HDR LED Smart TV with Netflix. A full-size washer and dryer allows you to pack light and ensures you'll always have dry beach towels. All doors and windows feature plantation shutters, so you can enjoy the spectacular views or shut out the light when you want to sleep in. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and direct access to the balcony. En suite master bathroom features an oversized garden soaking tub and spacious stand-up shower. Even when getting ready for the day, you're greeted with amazing beach views from the large bathroom windows. The second bedroom offers two full beds and a full-size closet. The second full bathroom is accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed and a full closet. Private en suite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. As a guest of this unit, you have access to the owner's private storage area with all the amenities you need for the beach, including beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, and much more. Enjoy the emerald waters of the spectacular beach at the Beach Colony Resort or check out the Perdido Key Snorkeling Reef. You can even take a quick 5-minute walk to Perdido Key State Park. The Beach Colony Resort is a gated resort property comprised of three towers. Each floor of the towers has its own elevator code and only has 4 condos per floor for privacy and seclusion. The resort offers two outdoor pools and one indoor heated pool and hot tub, a large fitness center, tennis courts, and a private accessible boardwalk to the beach. The best thing about this vacation home, (other than the tasteful and comfortable amenities, amazing views, beautiful white sand beach, and gorgeous sunsets) is the location! My husband and I stayed in the unit with our 7 and 4 year old as well as my Mother, brother and 5 year old nephew. This was the most spacious and best laid out condo we have stayed in. The decor was beautiful and they provided everything we needed and more. We loved the closet full of beach supplies. The rooms were all large and it was great for everyone to have their own bathroom. The outdoor balcony was great as well, we ate and hung out at the table out there. The kids enjoyed playing some of the games provided by the unit. It was super convenient to get out on the beach and we used the beach chair service. The kids enjoyed having both an outdoor and indoor pool to swim in. We enjoyed only having 4 per floor and being able to leave our beach things by the door instead of bringing them in the unit. We didn’t leave the grounds once we checked it besides picking up food one night. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back!

This is a high-floor sizeable condo on the eastern end of Perdido Key (~ 5 miles to Flora-Bama line). The property and condo are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. On the beach, with a pool. Parking could be a challenge in peak seasons. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance, but will likely need to drive if you choose to go out. Otherwise, the kitchen if very roomy and functional to make a meal. Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the large covered patio that overlooks the gulf and one of the pools. We spent our mornings and evenings each day. We will definitely return again!

We were all very pleased with the accommodations. The condo was just lovely. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had no issues with anything which left us to relax and enjoy all that the Florida offered. The beaches provided scenic views , loads of waves to frolic in, and sea life to experience. The kids used the pools as much as the beach. Appreciated John and Kristen opening their condo to us. . The balcony was a plus that everyone used . Thank you VRBO

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was spacious and well supplied with everything we needed. The only negative would be the elevators. Some ventilation in them would be most appreciated especially when they malfunction.

Loved this property. Fully furnished with everything we needed. Newer furniture in living room. Very nicely decorated. Wonderful views from the balcony. Alot of the small extra touches that mean so much!! I cant say 1 negative thing about this codo or complex. Everyone we encountered was extremly nice. Can't wait to come back next year.

Absolutely gorgeous! The condo was beautifully decorated although we spent most of our time on the balcony because of the wonderful view of the ocean. Love the fact that the 3rd bedroom did not have bunk beds. We are 4 older women that take a trip every May and it fit us perfectly. We will definitely be back. Did I mention the fact that the closet had a beach wagon, beach chairs, and coolers for us to use? That was great! John and Kristina left a welcome basket full of snacks! Loved it!!! Thank YOU!
