Tropic Winds is definitely “the place to be” for fun, family, and relaxation. Newly purchased and renovated, this condo boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the most fantastic, private, oversized balcony you have ever stepped foot on. WHAT A VIEW!! Take in amazing views of the beautiful beach, ocean, sunrise/sunset/stars, as well as aquatic life (dolphins, rays, manatees).

Our family absolutely had a 10* stay at your beautiful condo. The condo lacked NOTHING!!! Everything about it was perfect, beautiful, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location gave us enough quiet but then we were just blocks away from stores and a couple of miles away from the pier, restaurants and fun attractions. Thank you both for making check-in easy and informing us of the delicious places to eat... We will be coming back next summer and will be reserving your condo when we do!

We have been coming to the gulf for 10 years in October and this was the first time we had colder weather and a storm... but I did not care! This was still a perfect vacation! We loved everything about this property! My favorite things I enjoyed- Amazing BALCONY, Perfect location, Condo was homey and welcoming, and communication was always quick! My family enjoyed seeing all the marine life and stars through the scope while hearing the relaxing sounds of the ocean. Take a 10 minute drive down to Pier Park for ice cream, food, and shopping. Even we to Ebro to try my luck. I will definitely be coming back!!

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful condo and absolutely love everything about it. They have taken the time to ensure you have everything you could need during your stay. It is very tastefully decorated with high end furnishings. Tim is very responsive and sends messages during your stay just to check in. You couldn’t ask for a better host! We will be back next year!!!

This condo was so warm and welcoming - beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, nice showers and all the items needed for a great week/weekend away. The view from the balcony was fabulous and where we spent much of our time. Easy beach access/chair service. We prefer this part of PCB as it is little quieter. Tim made everything so easy from beginning to end, checking in with us and giving quick response with great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. His instructions were clear and easy to follow for check-out. Would recommend 100%.
