Designed for family relaxation and entertainment, this ground-floor villa offers bright, fully equipped living areas:
Sleeping Arrangements & Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): KING bed, Smart TV with cable, large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
Bedroom 2: KING bed and Smart TV with cable (shares a full tub/shower bathroom with the loft area).
Bedroom 3: Twin Bunks, perfect for kids, featuring their own Smart TV.
Loft Game Room
Entertainment Loft: A family-friendly game room complete with board games, books, and activities for guests of all ages.
Indoor Living & Kitchen
Gourmet Kitchen: Bright and sparkling with granite countertops, sleek white cabinetry, and fully stocked with all cooking essentials.
Dining Area: Dedicated dining space with seating for 6 guests.
Living Room: Sunlit relaxation area equipped with a 50” Smart TV with cable.
In-Home Amenities: Free high-speed WiFi and in-unit washer and dryer.

Access to a private sandy beach along the inner coastal waterway.
Shared outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, and fitness center.

Local Dining: Less than a 5-minute drive to iconic spots like The Jellyfish Bar/Restaurant, Oyster Bar Restaurant, and Flora-Bama Yacht Club.
Beaches & Nature: Within 5 miles of public Gulf beach access (on River Road with showers and restrooms), Perdido Key State Park, Johnson's Beach, and Ft. McRae.
Important Guest Information & House Rules:
Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles allowed, parked side-by-side in the driveway.
Oversized vehicles, RVs, and trailers are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed per HOA regulations.
Neighborhood Etiquette: Respect quiet hours out of consideration for full-time residential neighbors.
Trash Policy: Guests must carry back and properly dispose of all trash from the pool and beach areas.
Check-In Requirements: Signed rental agreement and security deposit hold are required prior to receiving check-in instructions. Travel insurance is recommended.
Additional Services & Extras Available
Early Check-In (2:00 PM): $50 (subject to availability and advance notice).
Late Check-Out (1:00 PM): $50 (subject to availability and advance notice).
Included Starter Essentials: Basic supplies provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets).
Local Recommendations: Refer to the in-home Welcome Book for top local picks including dolphin cruises, Big Lagoon State Park, snorkeling at Johnson Beach, and regional seafood favorites.

We had the best time at Banana Bay! Our trip was relaxing, and we had everything we needed for a terrific time with our family. The adults loved the dual masters, and the teenagers loved the game room. They also enjoyed fishing on the Intecoastal. It was a short walk to the private beach and everyone we met in the community was friendly and welcoming. We loved rhe proximity to nice restaurants and local shopping and the Gulf.
