Welcome to Crescent Manor, a private abode tucked away in a quaint serene crescent's neighborhood of Prince George, known for an abundance of old growth trees lining the streets & its friendly neighbors. Located within walking distance to hospital, BC Cancer Center, downtown core & Duchess park which features an updated children's playground, pump track, tennis courts, off leash dog park & biking trails. Nearby there is a movie theatre, a shopping mall, various restaurants & other amenities. Although this home has undisputable character charm, it is also well appointed and equipped with top of the line modern amenities like strong air conditioning and high efficiency forced air heat throughout, electric baseboard heat in the bedrooms with independent switches for extra coziness and individual comfort, high end real wood fireplace insert with a stack of dry firewood ready to go, smart/dimming light switches, beautiful clawfoot bathtub in the master on-suite with an assortment of hand picked bath products, two full bathrooms, a large smart TV with a Disney+ account for your viewing pleasure, another smart TV in the master, quality leather couches, solid wood furnishings throughout, luxury high thread count cotton sheets, lots of fluffy pillows and feather-filled duvets on all beds. We’ve thought of everything to make your stay as luxurious and comfortable as possible. Extra blankets, a towel warmer, thoughtful touches and little surprises await to be discovered by you inside. This house (3,000 sqft on single floor rancher style) is very spacious with large bedrooms, common areas and adequate space to comfortably house your whole group and even extra daytime visitors. The quarter acre yard is very private and wraps around the house giving it an estate feel. Backyard is a large private oasis equipped with a 10-person hot tub in a very private setting, a heated pool with a dedicated deck (seasonal), a large bouncy castle slide (seasonal), a swing set, fire pit and lots of patio furniture (seasonal). It is fully fenced with lots of shade. Large barbecue grill is available for use on the back deck. We are a pet friendly space and have taken the steps to make your furry family feel extra at home here - a large and a small dog beds in the master bedroom, food/water bowls/treats in the kitchen and poop bags with a scooper off the back deck available for use. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need including gas range stove with two convection ovens, large fridge with a bottom freezer drawer, dishwasher, large microwave, drip coffee maker, waffle maker, kettle, toaster, filtered water jug, cutlery and so on. Please refer to photos to explore. There is an in-suite washer and dryer available for use with detergent and dryer sheets provided. Media room has a large selection of DVD's, ambient lighting and comfortable sitting areas. Dedicated office space has a printer and two computer screens. Smart alarm and outdoor surveillance system are present on this property for yours and our home's safety.

I 100% recommend staying here we had a very good experience. The close proximity to the hospital is very convenient, the house is set up for a comfortable stay and the owners are excellent.

What a great house! Beautifully appointed & amenities galore! Even fine details like milk in the fridge when we arrived…very thoughtfully laid out. I loved that there were spices & condiments provided; not to mention the deluxe coffee bar! The pool & hot tub were crystal clear & didn’t make our eyes bleed with chlorine (no small feat!), but my personal favourite was the clawfoot tub :) It’s a nice quite neighborhood too. Ten out of ten!

I was a little disappointed at the extra fees for cleaning and animals. At another 200 dollars 😳, the house was not clean and the yard needed a work out with a lawn mower. I understand they were renovating but our first impression walking in was not positive. Could use a good dusting for sure. Beds were awesome though, very comfortable. Loved the hot tub after a long day driving.

This home is spacious, clean, and had what we needed for our family and fur baby. The hot tub was an nice added feature. The location is perfect, nice quiet street but close to amenities. We will be going back to stay again. Highly recommend this place.

When we stopped into the house and started looking around it was way more than what the pictures had shown. It's a beautiful house with so much room, great location, and it's pretty much ready for anything you need. The hosts are amazing as well. Definatly would recommend this property to anyone.
