ZEN GUEST HOUSE RULES Please ensure our House Rules are adhered to, including the following: - No parties or events - No pets (outside only) - No Excess cleaning and leftovers - Please do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke on the balcony/patio where an ashtray is provided with doors closed - BBQ to be cleaned after use. An additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if left uncleaned - Bins are to be taken out on bin days IMPORTANT NOTE: security cameras are in use in the front entrances and common areas of the property, a breach of the rules may result in a fee or dismissal of the property. SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $350-$500 can be requested prior to check-in. All our managed listings use an API-connected software that authorizes us to hold a refundable deposit.
