CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
Walkway coating and maintenance work is scheduled at Shoalwater September 14–November 15. Guests may experience noticeable construction noise and activity during weekday hours, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, including hydroblasting, equipment, and contractor activity.
September 14–October 1: Individual floors will have one-day closures from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. There will be no access to units on the affected floor during this work.
October 5–18: The building will remain open, but guests may encounter construction activity, narrowed walkways, temporary detours, and occasional noise. Unit access will be maintained.
November 2–15: Floors 2–6 will be completely closed, with no access to units during this period.
No hydroblasting is scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Construction dates and access restrictions are subject to change due to weather or other circumstances.
Shoalwater 205 is a three-bedroom, two-bath, beautifully decorated condo with modern updates, located in the heart of Orange Beach. The unit has STUNNING Gulf-front views from the 2nd floor.
Condo Features:
• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom
• Tile and vinyl plank flooring is throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need. The dining table seating four and there are four barstools for additional seating.
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed
• Third bedroom features twin-over-full bunk and twin trundle (*children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)
• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry
• Maximum of two cars allowed

We had a great stay with friends at this condo. We all were comfortable and liked being on the second floor, close to the stairs and you could see the whole pool from the balcony. The outdoor storage closet had plenty of stuff if you forgot anything for the beach or pool! Only things we really needed while we were there was a welcome mat at the door for help with the sand not coming in, and some actual hand soap (not dish soap or shower soap). But those were small things, overall the stay was great!

Shower needed hand rail- was very difficult for us older parents to manuever. Toilet very low and too close to shower . Was unable to get into room after told it was ready after waiting 3 hrs after driving 11 hrs on road. Otherwise, enjoyed balcony, pool, ocean view and rest of Condo immensely!!!
