About this bed and breakfast
You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Nestled in the hills of Ferguson Valley with an abundance of spring water, and views of a 6 acre dam.
Located only 2 hours from Perth, 2km from Gnomesville and 15 minutes from Wellington Dam there is plenty to do with several wineries and breweries in the area. There is also plenty of trails in the area if you like to keep active.
Bunbury, Donnybrook and Collie are all within 30 minutes away.
Partially surrounded by State Forest on 136 acres, this 2 bedroom self contained granny flat is under the same roof as the main house with a shared games room area in between. Both bedrooms have reverse cycle split system air conditioning/heating, there’s a small lounge, kitchen with breakfast bar, separate toilet and laundry. The bathroom has floor heating and a heated towel rail for those cold nights and chilly winter mornings.
There’s a gas BBQ at the accommodation and a fire pit at the original farm dairy overlooking the dam is about 40m away. There is some chairs and a table for you to relax and take in the views.
