Just minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta, the Romantic Zone, Los Muertos Beach, and the city’s finest restaurants, the villa combines luxury, privacy, and convenience.
The open-concept living, dining, and gourmet kitchen flow seamlessly onto spacious terraces, perfect for relaxing and enjoying Puerto Vallarta’s unforgettable sunsets. A private stairway leads directly to the beach. During winter, whales are often seen in the bay, while dolphins are frequent visitors throughout the summer.

HOUSEKEEPER: general cleaning Bedrooms, villa linens, can do personal laundry time allowing, maximum 10 garments per guest for small fee
POLICIES
• 4-night minimum Summer (May 01-Oct 31)
• 5-night minimum Winter (Nov 01-Apr 30, not including Festive)
• Festive Holidays: 7 nights minimum Christmas or New Years
• Occupancy 2 persons per bedroom, with full house rental up to 4 extra guests allowed for an extra fee of $100 USD per guest per night plus tax
• Children Policies – 1 small children under 4yrs sleeping w parents no charge, all other children counted
• Smoking in designated outdoor areas only
• No Animals or Pets allowed
