(Eg. 2 guests- 1 Bed, 4 guests - 2 beds)+Double Sofa bed+Queen mattress sofa bed+Air Mattress **You will be given a code prior to your arrival for the electronic door lock. Just enter the code and it will automatically unlock the door** Other things to note: - All guest needs to sign and house rules and provide necessary info for insurance purpose prior to check in. Please check rental agreement attachment - No extra overnight or day guests permitted without prior consent of the host (guest staying overnight, fees 50$ ea per night will apply) -Base price is for 8 guests , more than 8 guests, extra guest fee will apply. -No parties allowed -Parking up to 4 vehicles, NO street parking allowed - More than 28 days booking at a time is not allowed as per short term rental policy in province of ON. -No fire pit allowed outdoor -No smoking of any kind or vaping in the house. If you chose to smoke outside please ensure there are no butts on the ground. There is a place in the backyard patio and the front porch included astray for smoking - Noise by-laws in effect after 10 pm. No loud music or conversation in the backyard after 10pm. - Please respect the neighbors and our personal home - Do not temper with Internet or any electronic device at the house. - House rules are strictly enforced to ensure we can continue to offer an exciting accommodation for guests. - House details & rules will be sent few days prior to check-in. - There are exterior security cameras at the front & back of the house to monitor for any potential damage, intruders, animals, and guests numbers. -If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guest will be asked TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. -If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guest will be asked TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - Kindly make sure ALL DOORS & WINDOWS are locked properly.

The house was perfect for our group of 2 couples and 2 singles. It was so welcoming and the host was so quick to answer any concerns and questions. Our only problem? Our trip was too short to be able to really enjoy relaxing in this adorable house! We came up to Niagara on the Lake & St. Catharines for our annual "Wine-o Weekend Getaway" in celebration of our anniversary and my husband's birthday. We will definitely look to see if this place is available next year so we can book again! Perfect distance from everything for us. Great place! You won't be disappointed.

The property was fantastic. It was very spacious for 6 adults. We appreciated all the labels in the kitchen. Everything we needed was there. The location was very central for golfing, NOTL, and the Falls.The host was easy to contact. We would stay again.

This was a great place to stay with plenty of room and plenty to do in the area. We went to Niagara Falls one day, picked strawberries, went to Toronto, etc. The Greek restaurant nearby was fabulous, and we did take out from a local fish and chip chain (the name escapes me). The place was clean, bright and there was more than enough room for our group of 5. We could have had more and still not been crowded at all. I would def rent again if in the area.

This was a perfect place for the four of us to stay for our trip into Niagara! The house was immaculate, spacious, and everything that we were looking for on our trip! Highly recommended for any family with kids that are looking to have a place to adventure out from! We will definitely be returning for our next trip into the area!

A perfect place for a girls’ getaway! We did lots of things…. Winery your, brewery tour, hiking, Niagara-on-the-Lake and shopping. Nothing was more than 15 minutes away! Pre poetry is very well appointed and the little extras were appreciated… coffee, tea, snacks. The personalized welcome sign was a nice touch. Halfway through our stay the host contacted us to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we made out booking until the minute we departed at the end of our stay, Zuman was amazing. The home was impeccably clean when we arrived, well marked so we did not have to hunt for items and a fantastic location. When we asked about places for groceries and to eat, he was more than helpful. A fantastic deck out back for morning coffee that is nice and cool in the heat of the afternoon as well for 'happy hour'. We could not have asked for anything more. We have recommended it already to other family looking for a home to rent. Thank you Zuman for a great week and experience!
