Truth be told, we dealt with a few unforeseen issues with weather and refunds with other entities in the area; but not with this company or this home. The place was really perfect for us, and the owners go out of their way to accommodate.

It was a great place with a great location. The shower had no pressure. We had to "splash" shower with water dripping out of the shower head. Also the hot water went in and out during the shower. To be fair, we did NOT contact the property manager about this issue as we were fairly busy during our stay.

Nice place but floors were dirty because our feet were black from walking around in the apartment and no air conditioning in the main area made it very warm. However, we liked the place, neighborhood, and vicinity.

Great place and great location. Convenient to great places to walk, dinning and the beach. Only thing should change is the AC preprogram should be deleted. Would wake up in the morning or come in at the end of the day to a warm apartment where the thermostat automatically went to 75 and we found 70 to be much more comfortable. Otherwise we like the place very much.

Let me get the negative out of the way…poor communication with property manager, took a month to get a reply to 3 inquiries. That is only reason rating is not perfect. Once that was behind us, property exactly as described, newly renovated, beautiful, very clean , well stocked, even 2 beach chairs. Beach access is an easy 5 minute walk, a public entrance adjacent to Marriott property. Easy 10 min walk to restaurants & night life. Great living room & kitchen area. Only thing I can suggest is an outside hose to wash sand off. Would go back tomorrow, wish we stayed longer!

Condo completely updated, modern, very clean, well stocked, great beach access & short 10 min walk to restaurants. Booked via VRBO & inquiries I made on that site not responded to for a month. Other than that rough start, highly recommend, would stay again.
