Truly an EXCEPTIONAL stay. Marina, the beautiful host was wonderful. She shared so much information and highlights of her island with us in true generous Croatian style.
Marina was available for questions and assistance while still giving us full privacy.
The apartment was fully equipped with everything....... clothes washing machine,
toiletries, loads of towels and a fully equipped kitchen ( panini press, coffee maker, pots and pans etc)
The Air Conditioning was terrific and there were also standing fans available.
The large balcony was perfect for breakfast or afternoon coffee and has laundry drying lines that get sun all day.
The town is Stunning (be prepared for lots of stairs) with so many incredibly preserved ancient buildings. If you ask Marina, she will suggest so many wonderful sites to see including a fortress, an old theater, & churches. She also has some great restaurant suggestions and local beaches.
We cannot wait for our next trip here to Hvar to feel right at home staying at Marina's. (Her mom was adorable too)

The apartment was very well equipped and met all our expectations, with a large terrace and, above all, an absolutely stunning view of the sea.
Marina was the kindest host we had during our entire trip. We will definitely come back to her apartment!

Marina was very nice to us, allowing for flexibility and being always approachable and very welcoming.
Beautiful views from the balcony.
Very well equipped and spacious apartment.
Close to a nice beach (Pokonji Dol).
In case you don’t rent a car or a scooter, it’s a bit of an uphill walk to reach the apartment.

The apartment is very spacious. For a family, having two separate bedrooms, with sizeable double beds is so important for comfort and privacy. The aircon was great, meaning we were very comfortable in the apartment despite it being consistently 35C outside! Also, the apartment was absolutely spotless, so clean. Most importantly, the host was so friendly and helpful. We travel as a family around Europe a lot, and I can honestly say that Marina is the best host we have had. She was warm and helpful with great suggestions as to how to use our time most effectively. There were small kindnesses we won't forget, and she was so heloful when our son needed a doctor (she took all the stress out of the situation). We could not be happier with our choice and we will definitely stay with Marina again if (with any luck!) we get back to Hvar.
