Friendly and welcoming host. Cleanliness. Proximity to small local beach. Parking.
The sea view was a bit misleading. You can see the sea in the distance but the balcony overlooks a parking lot. A bit of a walk from town.

La limpieza, bien equipada, fresquita.
La anfitriona nos hizo limpieza a mitad de la estancia y cambió de toallas y sábanas. Estaba muy pendiente y muy amable.
Estaba muy alejada del centro. Y la bajada a la playa eran 10 minutos pero el acceso bastante malo, con mucho terraplén, desnivel. La playa era bonita pero bajar era una excursión todos los días.

The cleanliness of the room was what we couldn't imagine. My partner is very strict about what is clean and what is not, and she was more happy than ever that she didn't have to clean anything on the day that we came. The room was very well equipped. I am not sure whether everything was listed in the room description, but we got a coffee maker, smart tv, beach towels, an umbrella, microwave. There was everything.
WiFi was really slow, which is a shame because the room had a smart tv and we were forced to use our personal hotspot to watch a movie. I know that the TV was connected with the cable but it couldn't properly connect to the internet.
