Elvoria Villa II is a two-floor residence of 130 sqm, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests in comfort. The entrance is located on the upper floor, where guests are welcomed by a comfortable living area with a corner sofa and Satellite TV. The same floor also features one of the three bedrooms, furnished with twin-size beds and an ensuite bathroom.

The remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and offer direct access to the pool area. One bedroom features a double-sized bed, while the other offers twin-size beds. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a TV and an ensuite bathroom, providing guests with privacy and comfort throughout their stay.

The ground floor also features a bright open-plan living area with a well-organized kitchen equipped with electrical appliances, a dining area for 6 guests and a cosy living space. The combination of modern furnishings, earthy colours and minimal design creates a warm and relaxing environment throughout the villa.

A private balcony on the upper floor offers beautiful views of the Cretan Sea, providing the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning or admire the changing colours of the sky as the day comes to an end.

Elvoria Villa II is part of the Elvoria Villas Complex, which includes four luxury villas: Elvoria Villa I ( 3 bedrooms), Elvoria Villa III (5 bedrooms), and Elvoria Villa IV (3 bedrooms). The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 14, and the guests can book as many villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
