Elvoria Villa IV is a three-bedroom residence designed to provide guests with comfort, privacy and a relaxing holiday experience. The main living area features an open-plan layout with a well-organized kitchen equipped with electrical appliances, a dining area and a cosy living room, creating a welcoming space for guests to spend time together. A communal WC is also conveniently located near the kitchen.

The first bedroom is situated on the ground floor and offers direct access to the swimming pool, providing a convenient connection between the indoor and outdoor areas. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the first floor, and each features an ensuite bathroom, comfortable mattresses, and private balconies.
The bedrooms on the first floor benefit from panoramic windows that allow plenty of natural light into the spaces while offering beautiful views of the Cretan Sea. The private balconies provide an additional relaxing spot where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or unwind while admiring the scenery.

Elvoria Villa IV is part of the Elvoria Villas Complex, which includes four luxury villas: Elvoria Villa I ( 3 bedrooms), Elvoria Villa III (5 bedrooms), and Elvoria Villa II (3 bedrooms). The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 14, and the guests can book as many villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon your arrival.
