About this apartment rental
The "Babuino LUXURY" apartment has been completely renovated with exquisite taste and attention to detail. It features parquet floors in all rooms and a large shower with chromotherapy in one of the two bathrooms.
The apartment is located on Via del Babuino in the Tridente area, 200 meters from the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso, just steps from the "Piazza di Spagna" metro station (Line A).
Babuino LUXURY is a spacious 120 square meter apartment with high ceilings, located on the second floor of an elegant building with an elevator. The apartment consists of a spacious suite with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a second bedroom with a king-size bed (180x190 cm), and a third bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm).
Two full bathrooms with showers, a spacious living room with two three-seater sofas and a table with six chairs. A convenient kitchen is adjacent to the living room.
The apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and everything you need for cooking and eating.
All rooms are equipped with WiFi Internet, Smart TV, Air Conditioning / Heating. The apartment comes complete with linen and towels for all guests.
The apartment Babuino LUXURY is the ideal choice to spend a fantastic stay thanks to its location just 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and short walk from the main monuments and from the shopping streets
The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.
The City Tax is $6.00 per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).
Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight). Please provide us always your Arrival time.
We offer tours and transfers (Airport, Train Station and Port).

Communication was excellent upon arrival we knew how to get in. Location was well centered for our outings (walked to most and taxi to Vatican City). Grocery, coffee, and restaurants all close by. The apartment is well-equipped (extra nice to have washer and dryer). Thoughtful extras like having umbrellas and a grocery shopping bag was really nice. There is a lift that helped with luggage and it is very small (one person and one suitcase). Still a lifesaver to not use stairs for that part. Overall we had an amazing stay.

Perfect to serve our purposes! Family of four with a busy sightseeing schedule! This apartment is a great location!It could use some updating on couches and beds, and adding blackout curtains would be helpful as the front bedroom was ‘bright’ even with shutters closed and the back bedroom was also bright from the courtyard and to use the AC, you couldn’t have long curtains pulled.Great to have washer, kitchen and 2 bathrooms!
