Wall-to-wall windows in the main living area showcase beautiful lake views, while a wood-burning fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone surround creates a cozy vibe. Upstairs, a family room features a sleeper sofa, 65-inch TV, an Xbox, a DVD player, a collection of DVDs, and an air hockey table. Bay windows offer even more superb lake views along with an inviting reading nook. The well-equipped kitchen provides a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When you’re ready to dine, you’ll find a large table for up to 10 and counter seating for two. Overlooking the lake, the private deck has a gas grill, outdoor seating, and a table. A short 10-minute drive, Historic Old Town Florence offers lovely shops, local galleries, and quaint cafes. THINGS TO KNOW This rental does not include air conditioning. The bunk room and guest bedroom are both heated via a space heater. The wood stoves in the entryway and upstairs family room are not operational. The outdoor firepit is not operational. The boat dock on the property is unsafe and not for guest use. Please note that a long-term tenant lives in the guest house located off the driveway. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
