About this condo rental

Situated in Nelson, this attractive condo for $80 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our cozy little studio suite is separate from the main house- you'll have your own space and your own entrance and personal private patio in the garden to enjoy. Our yard is lined with privacy shrubs and we have two huge trees, a Japanese Maple and a Black Walnut that are over 100 years old, and on even the hottest days the shade they provide keep our yard much fresher and cooler than anywhere else. There is also a hammock in the shade for your enjoyment, as well as a trampoline :) The studio has lofted ceilings which adds to the bright and airy feel of the space. We are an easy, flat 15 min walk from all the bars and restaurants and there is a shopping centre 2 min away with a Safeway, Starbucks, and Liquor Store. Beyond that are paths that will take you right down to the water. This location in the heart of the city cannot be beat! You are welcome to borrow our bicycles to get around if you'd like. We also have a couple of cheap plastic kayaks that you're welcome to bring down to the water. Lakeside park is just down the street! I am a Vancouver expat who has lived here since 2004, although I spent my summers here as a child so I feel comfortable saying I am a local. I work as an ER nurse and manage first aid for many local festivals, so I have my finger on the pulse of what's fun to do around here, especially during the summer! My partner is a local carpenter and we live on the other side of the house so we are here and available for anything you need. We live here with my teenaged daughter and our 2 dogs and 2 cats- we are animal lovers and welcome guests with well-behaved fur babies. ❤️ You're welcome to smoke on the patio outside, but not inside. We are 420 friendly, as long as it is outside as well. We have only just put our place on this website, but we have been up and running on A*rbnb for a few years and our place gets rave reviews. We truly want our guests to feel at home, and we will do whatever we can to make sure you enjoy every minute of your stay!

I’m happy to have discovered this charming, peaceful spot. Clean, comfortable, and filled with plants and pretty art and pots. Communicating with the host was prompt and easy, and she was eager to help me feel at home. I would absolutely stay here again.

Anna’s place was beautifully decorated and very welcoming with comfortable furnishings and a lovely private outdoor area! We loved that our dogs were welcome and that we were within walking distance of the downtown area. We had a great stay!!

My husband and I spent three nights here over the Canada Day long weekend, and it was a perfect little getaway. Very well equipped amenity wise, and a really central location, but quiet and off the main road. Super cute decor, and a lovely quiet and private yard. It was perfect for us!

Entrance to property was overgrown with trees, grass, weeds. Unit walls were dirty, dust, bug stains, light fixtures layers of dust. Windows needed cleaning. Blinds layers of dust. Only one window with screen. Screen dirty, had gaps. Bed was very soft, had a foam topper. White sheets needed bleaching. Had we stayed longer we would have cleaned it ourselves.

This little studio is such a perfect place to stay a few nights in Nelson. It has everything you need including a full kitchen to save some money on going out for all meals. It is a short walk to downtown and the lake. Quiet, comfy and peaceful. We will for sure stay again!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely suite. It had everything we needed and was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It doesn’t have a stand up shower head but the large soaker tub has a hand held shower head which worked very well for our needs. We would love to come back again and stay here.

Beautifully furnished , beautiful hardwood floors. Hugged by a very special garden and old trees. An incredibly responsive host with great suggestions. Close to Starbucks, grocery, liquor stores and gas. Moments to the beauty which surrounds Nelson. A wonderful stay indeed.

The studio apartment was so clean and relaxing , just like being at home . Also 420 friendly was great out on the covered patio with a tree canopy above , i would recommend this space for anyone that likes there privacy.

Anna's spot is quaint and great for anyone wanting somewhere to cool down after a hot day. Her backyard is very accommodating (covered in shade from her old oak trees) spot to hang out after travelling around Nelson and the area. My partner loved the bath tub and kitchen had what we needed. Anna was very helpful and quick to respond. Look forward to returning!

Clean and comfortable. Extremely quiet. Nice coffee. Big soaker tub with jets was great but personally need a standing shower to wash my long hair - no biggie, it was clean and only for three nights.

Very cute and cosy. Lovely patio. Excellent location, an easy walk to the park, restaurants and a very short drive to baker street.
