Right away the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Library Lounge was a highlight. The best part was that we forgot some jewelery in the room without realizing and we were contacted and had it sent to us.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds. Very beautiful historical building.
Could easily hear through the doors and rooms, so we didn't feel like we had privacy. It was hard to move around the beds due to the tight space, but recognize it was part of the experience.

Location and general feel of the hotel.
The room had now view with windows that were treated so you could not look out.
