Exceptionally clean and tidy. Everything looks brand new. As well as the usual appliances also a dishwasher, coffee machine, and BBQ. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful well equipped annexe, spacious, bright and spotlessly clean. Everything is high quality. We will definitely be returning!

As this was self catering breakfast does not count. The location and layout was excellent, well laid out and easy to manage. We had easy access and privacy. The Annex was spotless and well cared for, the owners went to a lot of trouble to make you fell welcome.
The only downside to a great week was the bed which was a bit lumpy but we put the duvet on top of it and problem solved. If their was a criticism it was the bed but a new mattress would solve that.
