The location of the property is good. There is a train station, and two supermarkets nearby. For the travelers who are planning to drive, please note that there is no parking. Street parking is only free from 10pm to 9am but its hard to find parking at that time. There is no parking machine in Wien so you need to check the parking ahead. The house is only ideal for four people. The sofa bed was not comfortable for two people. The kitchen had all the basic utensils. The staff or property manager was rude. I had an outstanding amount to pay but I couldn't give the money on the day i told as i forgot to withdraw the money. My stay is for four days so i told the manager i will give it on the second day but the manager was very rude as if i m going to run away without paying ! I would appreciate a little more respect and gesture to the guests.

Квартира в идеальном состоянии. Кровать шикарная, отлично выспались. Диван на кухне достаточно вместительный, для 2-оих человек точно оптимально. 30-40 минут езды на S-Bahn'e до центра. Рабочая кофемашина, были предоставлены 4 капсулы. Хороший большой телевизор перед диваном в кухне-гостиной.

Небольшой минус, вызывающий дискомфорт - есть кухня и плита, но при этом не было какого либо масла для жарки - покупать самому литр масла в поездке как-то не логично. По сути в наличии на кухне не было абсолютно ничего из таких продуктов, хотя периодически в таком варианте жилья они имеются и кто-то может на это рассчитывать. Одноразовых тапочек тоже не обнаружилось - берите свои или имейте ввиду. Отопление кондиционерами, батарей нету.

We checked in a little late, but it was smooth and self check in after contacting the staff. Location wise, it was located next to a metro station and bus station, and also, there is a supermarket 2 mins walking. which is nice. The apartment was very comfortable and easy to access. Everything was great. The only issue is parking space. I had some trouble with it, other than that. I totally recommend it. Oh, we're a family of 3. 2 parents and a kid.
