Fantastic location giving you the best of Vienna at your fingertips. Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Bathroom was a very good size.
Towels were quite small and elevator only fits 1 person

Location was excellent! Room was very nice and clean.
Air conditioner worked the first night but did not work on the second night. The traffic outside our window was too loud to allow us to leave it open. Not a real negative but the entrance into the property is strange. Multiple businesses housed in the building - Elegance Suites occupies part of the 2nd floor.

Location was amazing, very central and private. The bathroom was very spacious and the room was clean. We had complimentary chocolates and champagne. Staff was helpful.
The lighting had unnecessary colors that were hard to remove. The AC was not cold enough even at the lowest temperature possible. The room's furnishings seemed low budget.
