I found the property excellent for what we wanted as this was used for a one night stay for further travelling. As we only stayed for 1 night it would be unfair of me to try and give a full in depth evaluation.

If I’m being really picky , we like to leave a property how we found it and we tried the hoover , which was not much cop . I also think that the field to walk the dog had been churned up to make room for some more lodges / caravans, so no where to really walk our dog.

Lovely quiet location beds were very comfortable had everything we needed

Beautiful location, comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, it was easy to access caravan, lots of places close by in a car, dog walking facilities . Has the potential to be absolutely amazing.

Upon arrival I read the welcome book, it states at least 3 times that in order for the cleaners to clean it properly for you must vacate by 10am or a late fee would be charged... which is fair enough however on arrival there was Urine under the toilet seat - I only noticed this as the seat moves when you sit down. Washing liquid from the previous guest down the front of the washer and pooled on the floor. The cuboards above the hob are caked in fat from cooking The carpets and sofas need a good clean. Pet friendly or not! Dishes (cups and plates) put back in the cuboard dirty The dish cloth that had been left for us was covered in dried food and stunk A washing up brush that had been used by the last god knows how many guests left in the sink We later discovered The door is really hard to shut and needs to be slammed The shower knob is about to fall off when you adjust the temperature The shower door is really hard to open Lino in front of the fridge ripped and a tripping hazard Light in the small room is faulty and flickers A real shame as with a 10am check out these are just things that have been over looked or not paid attention too.
