This is a second floor unit in the Somerville area of Boston. It is close to restaurants, shopping centers and the train. The area is quiet and the house is located in a cul de sac with it's own parking. The unit is perfect for families. There are four bedrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen area. Definitely consider a stay if you are visiting Harvard/ MIT or downtown Boston as it is quite close to everything. The host is very responsive which is a plus. We will definitely consider for our next trip to Boston.

We were in Somerville for a family party and this location was perfect. The condo is spacious and worked perfectly for all 7 of us. Parking in the driveway was a big plus as we have found in the past that it is difficult to get on street parking. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Property was clean. Location could not be beat. The best part is that there was off-street parking which is a must in greater Boston. Only 15 minutes away from central Boston was so convenient.

Attention the address is Auburn ave and not Auburn street. Do not rely on the exterior appearance of the House because once inside everything is in accordance with the description on the rental site. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Large bathrooms. Everything is perfect inside. Bus Subway nearby.The host responds quickly to our questions.

Really nice spot for our short stay. Downstairs neighbors, T, and heating fan were a bit noisy, but it more than did the job for us. Flavia was very responsive and helpful.

Finding a place in Boston for 7 people is not easy and this place was a great find. The location was good. Relatively close (15 minute drive) to all the tourist sites and the Freedom Trail. Parking was a big plus. I somehow missed that this was an upstairs unit, so dragging suitcases up the stairs was a small challenge but once we are in and settled, everything was great. The bedrooms were large. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The apartment and neighborhood is charming. I would stay here again if I was traveling with a large group.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights, there was 8 of us total and we cannot say more wonderful things about this location and quality of our stay. We each had our own bedrooms and the common area was absolutely wonderful. We were able to get to downtown boston or anywhere we wanted to go very easily, the location was so central to where we wanted to be. Additionally, the place was SUPER clean and Flavia was SUPER responsive for any questions, recommendations or concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great find for exploring Boston. 4 nice bedrooms, beautiful kitchen. Only caution have to be able to handle a steep staircase and the t-stop is a bit of a walk but is a benefit because the house has free parking and boston parking is very expensive.

Aside from the malfunctioning smoke alarm our first night, we enjoyed our stay here. The water pressure was a bit low, but the location was great! Central and 20 minutes to most Boston sites. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful, spacious apartment that was perfect for my family and me

The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and elegantly decorated. The beds were so comfortable that it was difficult to get my daughter out of it. Basically everything was provided - all soaps, shampoo, conditioner, linens, towels, dinnerware, silverware, cups, coffee, dishwasher, laundry machine, etc. We stayed there for two nights and the location was convenient to everything - Boston and Cambridge. It includes a parking spot! We totally recommend staying here. Flavia was great at communication. She always quickly responded. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thanks so much!
