Nestled in Lake Greenwood, this lovely house for $353 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Welcome to our sweet lake retreat! Brand new listing! Relax with the whole family in our peaceful lakefront home. This is a newer construction home with custom upgrades and room to sleep up to 14. This is in the BEST location on Lake Greenwood! We are located on the main water right across from Twin Rivers Landing which is a great place to rent a boat for the day. If you are bringing your own boat the closest ramp is 2.8 miles away at Riverfork Boat Ramp. We are right around the corner from Harris Landing which is a local dive that has excellent food and delicious drinks at their Tiki bar. Break on the Lake is another popular spot and just a short drive or boat ride away as well. Lake Greenwood’s famous “sandbar” is also very close to the house and a fun place to drop the anchor and hang out in waist deep water. Lake Greenwood is a great fishing lake and is known for its largemouth bass, channel catfish, and striped bass. The house has two king bedrooms, one queen room, double/full bunk, and single over full bunk with a twin trundle (so the kid’s room can easily sleep 8 kids or several adults!) We are surrounded by woods across the street and to the right of the house so there are plenty of deer, birds, and even a beautiful red fox that likes to prance around the yard at times! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our peaceful porch and watch all the wildlife this lake offers. We would be thrilled to have you!

This house is beautiful and the owners were above and beyond helpful! I’ve stayed at many VRBOs over the years and this was hands down my best experience. The accommodations are top notch and the owners are very available and helpful. I was here on a girls trip with my favorite girls from high school for a girls spa weekend at the Spa on Maxwell in Greenwood - which I HIGHLY recommend. We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful house that we are making plans to return in the summer. There is plenty of room to spread out, the kitchen is nicely stocked and the beds are very comfortable. Stay here - you will be so glad you did!😊

Wonderful open dining room, kitchen, living room on main level with big TV to watch the game. Love the decks looking over the lake, and the privacy of the yard/lot. Had a wonderful family gathering for my elderly parents who live in greenwood where all of us could come in and stay and enjoy cooking a celebratory dinner for them. Highly recommend this house. Owners are super responsive and nice.

How wonderful for my family to have this roomy, well appointed home to enjoy. Games and TV as well as grounds the teens appreciated. Comfortable furnishings, bedding, and deck views for everyone to enjoy. Kitchen large enough for 3 cooks and able to have everyone dine together.

This was a great place to gather eight people for a few days. It was very clean, roomy and the deck was spectacular for gathering after golf! It fit our situation perfectly and Kristin could not have been a better host! She made this trip easy. Would recommend this house any time.

Our Family of 8 felt very comfortable in this 4 bedroom Lakehouse. Great layout . Loved the primary bedroom on the main level with all the others below. The house was clean with all the amenities . The location on the lake was also great. We rented a pontoon from Twin Rivers and it was about a 5 minute ride across the lake. 20 minutes from a nice golf course. .The yard is huge . Great for games but quite a few steps from the water . We enjoyed swimming and floating in tubes off the dock. No fire pit but it was hot and not sure we missed it . Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Where do I start? The view- drinking coffee on the deck- watching the morning dawn- sitting in the swing down by the lake and watching my husband and sons splash in the lake! The home- the kitchen with top of the line appliances and all the utensils you need to create meals- including the key spices you forgot to bring and basics like sugar. The attention to detail everywhere- beautifully finished bathrooms with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, a snack basket and bottle of wine in the kitchen. Or the downstairs where young adults could hangout, play pool and board games with its own shaded walk out porch with a beautiful lake view. We loved it and had a relaxing time! Thank you!

My family of 4 ranging from 2-82 y.o. found this stay quite enjoyable. This is the second Lake Greenwood property I've rented but my first review. I needed something to compare. If you value cleanliness in a rustic yet modern environment this is it. We had a Thanksgiving dinner and birthday party for my now 3 year old and found everything I could have needed or wanted in their kitchen and I love to cook! The owners were quite friendly and available to answer any questions we had. My mother who has suffered 3 strokes and doesn't move around much enjoyed sitting out on the upper deck looking out on the waters and the little one had too much fun with all of the games. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Our granddaughters were graduating from Piedmont Tech & this wonderful property allowed us a wonderful opportunity to spend time together. Cousins who live in different states (NY, Al, & SC) we're able to enjoy time on the lake, playing pool & a variety of fun games. Our younger children fell in love with BINGO Clue. It was a comfortable place to stay with lots of room for children & dogs to run. A couple of highlights were watching a Herron glide across the lake & an Armadillo run across the property. Large level yard, slight slope to lake. Very clean and comfortable. All appliances new. Plenty of parking Can walk in water to end of dock where it is about 5 feet deep.

Beautiful lake house in a great location! The house was just as described online. It was beautiful, clean, well-equipped kitchen and accommodated our large family really well. It had plenty of outdoor seating space on the deck. Our kids enjoyed playing in the game room. It had the perfect swimming spot for our family. The owners were a pleasure to work with. This was our first vacation at Lake Greenwood and we will definitely be back!

The home owners are top of the line people!!! Made us feel welcomed and like we were family. The location was awesome, the home was spotless and the dock was nice. I caught about 15 fish from the dock, cleaned and froze them, lol. I would recommend any and everyone to experience this listing.

It was an amazing place to stay! Only recommendation is to start the air conditioner a few hours before guest arrive. It was pretty hot upstairs when we arrived. Other than that, the home was perfect!

The house is absolutely very clean, stocked with everything you need. My only challenge was, there was not a chopping board. I left one there, now the house is perfect. If you are in Greenwood, this is the place to be. We went fishing, a pontoon tour, and a visit from my family added to a fun weekend. Plus easy access to stores and restaurants
