A lovely house in an amazing location with very friendly next door neighbours. We had great fun using the kayak and paddle board.
Maria was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We would love to go back.

Special place to go on your 30th Anniversary with the views being amazing and the private beach to yourself. All the wineries so close and the farm stands were amazing.The sunset was the icing on the cake for this trip. We will definitely be back. Thank you Maria for this special opportunity.

It was a very relaxing stay with incredible views of the sound and the most beautiful sunset I’ve seen in that part of the world.

Maria's house is an amazing, quiet getaway directly on a private beach of the LI Sound! Even though we came in the winter, it's still amazing to have the beach right outside the glass sliding doors of the living/dining room. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the lovely North Fork wine country. Can't wait to book again!

We love coming to the Northfork in the off season. This property is clean, comfortable and cozy with everything you need. Listening to the waves, watching the seagulls and walking the beach with no one around melts your stress instantly!

Cozy Beachfront Cottage Getaway
Our stay at this lovely beachfront cottage was wonderful. It truly offered us the peaceful, quiet retreat we were searching for, and we could not have asked for a better location or more beautiful sunsets. We truly felt at home and are truly sad to leave! Fantastic, beautiful beach house!
My husband and I had the most peaceful and relaxing time. We loved our time on the beach. Our host Maria was excellent and very prompt with email responses. Highly recommend!!
