Staying here was absolutely wonderful! Perfect location for Playa Blanca. Amazing beaches nearby, and amazing restaurants. We had a car and everything was so close. The place itself was so comfortable to call home for the 2 weeks we were there. There is AC, all the facilities you need, and a great pool which was regularly cleaned for us to enjoy.
I'd love to stay here again sometime in the future and recommend it highly. Cesar, the host, was also very fast to communicate with and to help with anything we need.

La casa ospita tranquillamente due/tre coppie. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno. Lavatrice utile. L'aria condizionata nel salotto funziona bene. Comodo il bagno (water e lavandino) a piano terra. Comunicazione con l'host facile. Parcheggio per 2 auto davanti a casa. Esterno carino. Pulizia buona.
La casa sarà stata da 10 appena costruita. Ora è stata lasciata andare. È molto carente di manutenzione (piscina non ispirava a fare il bagno - pulizia da migliorare). Un grande lampione rotto appoggiato sul muretto esterno della proprietà. Tende staccate dal bastone nel salotto, paralume abat- jour in una camera rotto. Insomma tante cose che danno un senso di non curanza alla casa e che basterebbe poco per sistemarle. Mancanza di tende oscuranti nelle camere. Materassi scomodi e vecchi. Scuri esterni da manutenzionare. Portone di ingresso che non chiude bene. Peccato perché il potenziale ce l'ha.

Location to the Marina bars and restaurants was good.
Owner was responsive to communication and when dishwasher broke it was replaced within 2 days.
Pool and pool surrounding was difficult to keep clean and had many broken tiles and paint falling off. NO outside shower to remove sand or suncream, no pool cover and not enough pool cleaning during10day stay.
Only 4 sunbeds which wasn’t enough for a booking of 6 people.
No storage in twin room
Advertised as 3 bathrooms and it was 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.
Drains were very smelly, numerous cockroaches and mice were seen in the utility room.
Bathrooms not clean enough
Mattress broken in second bedroom.
