Step inside to find a host of recent (2019) updates, including new flooring, new bedding, new furnishings, and a remodeled kitchen with an island and a countertop bar with seating. With six bedrooms spread out across two levels (four upstairs and two downstairs), the floor plan is perfect for two families to share or one larger family to enjoy with plenty of space for everyone to be together. Additional amenities include a gas grill, free WiFi, and a high-efficiency washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not operational. The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This home was perfect for a large family. We were able to comfortably sleep, eat at the large table together, and had plenty of silverware, cups, and plates to go an entire day without having to run the dishwasher multiple times. The kitchen is well stocked with multiple sizes of pots, pans, cookie sheets, knives, etc. I have stayed in many rental homes over the years, and I can honestly say that this one has the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever been in. There are a multitude of games to play available and books as well. It is a quick walk to the beach, and we had a wonderful Thanksgiving here!

The property was great and well stocked in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and pool was a huge +. Property, particularly the living room rug and under couches was not well cleaned. Bedrooms and baths were spotless, as was the kitchen and pool. The bathrooms next to bunk rooms were a bit tight (servicing up to 6 people). Would have been nice to have another bath, but we flexed to use the excellent outdoor shower. Beach was an easy walk. Canal access was a + for fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding. A very nice property for a large group.

The house was fully stocked for our party of 8 adults and 5 kids. The layout of the house/bedrooms was good for our families. The kitchen had plenty of plates/bowls/silverware and cooking equipment for our daily home cooked meals. The house has dock access to the canal for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding which was a nice treat. It's a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Would stay here again.
