Happy new owners continue to refresh one of Sandbridge’s favorite vacation homes! In addition to all the changes made in 2020 (repainted, new bedding, rugs, and couch in living area, as well as fresh artwork and fully restocked kitchen cabinets), there is a new sixth bedroom on the third floor! Also included in the 2020 remodel is an expanded pool deck, offering plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxing, and an expanded driveway with plenty of room for parking. This home has a spacious floorplan, with an open great room/kitchen/central gathering area for easy entertaining and family time. The kitchen is nicely appointed with granite counters and stainless appliances, gas stove, and offers two full-sized refrigerators for loads of food and beverage storage. There is a bright sun porch off of the kitchen perfect for enjoying a quiet morning and reading a great book or catching up on the news. The large backyard with an in-ground private pool and outdoor shower with a foot-washing station is completely fenced for privacy and has nice beachy foliage to enjoy when not on the beach. The great location of All Decked Out is close to the beach access path, so getting to the beautiful blue ocean is just a few steps from your front door! THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not operational. The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. All Decked Out was a wonderful spot to gather with my brother and sister, and assorted children and grandchildren. We had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend with beach walks, plenty of room to spread out and great communication with hosts. Would definitely love to stay here again.

This house has a lot of space and is in a great location. Twelve of us stayed comfortably - nice bedrooms and bathrooms, a big, open living area with a bonus sunporch (that is basically soundproof for games after the kids go to bed!), and a lovely pool/outdoor area. The beach access is right across the street, and there are ocean views from both decks. I would have given it 5 stars, except there were some issues with poor cleaning when we arrived. However, the Vacasa staff was very responsive to our concerns and even offered to send another cleaning company to the house had we felt that was necessary.

Great location on Sandbridge with beach access within 25 feet of property. House was clean and everything worked fine. Pool was in great shape. We enjoyed the week (and we lucked out with perfect weather). Best regards, John Lauer

Nice location (short walking distance to the beach) with nice pool and deck. Biggest issue I had with this house was that it was not clean. It looks like the cleaners only clean the surface area. Plenty of dirt, dust, and other unpleasant things in the crevices of the sofa or corners or room. Also, plenty of sand around the living room. If the house was cleaned completely, I would give this 5 stars.

The views were amazing from the house. The house was well stocked and very clean. It is super kid friendly. My grandkids really enjoyed themselves. Really short walk to the beach. I will visit again.

House was awesome with walking distance to beach and in a great location, we had a blast! The views were fantastic with lots of decks to view from - a recommend from our group!

Great Weekend

This house was very clean and well stocked kitchen. Rooms were very clean. Really enjoyed the sunroom. Could use some more tvs in the bedrooms. And would have liked the pool to be heated for extra fee. But overall it was a very nice house would book it again. Very roomy for 14 people.
