Perfectly located to offer the most spectacular sunsets in all of Virginia Beach! With three bedrooms and two newly renovated baths, there's plenty of room for either one or two families. In the garage storage unit, we have provided beach chairs, a beach buggy, an umbrella, and beach toys all for your use. Wonderful soft colors throughout welcome you to the secluded sanctuary on Sandbridge Beach. Take a walk on the private boardwalk and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the Atlantic or simply relax to the beauty of nature from our balcony overlooking the Back Bay Natural Wildlife Preserve. Aqua Pelican is decorated with you in mind - offering plenty of room and amenities. Modern stainless steel GE appliances compliment this well-appointed kitchen ready for the most discerning chef. Appliances include a Keurig coffee maker and coffee grinder for your convenience. The living area is comfortably decorated with enough space for evening family get-togethers. The main bedroom offers a comfortable bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third is equipped with a twin over double bunk and a second twin bunk. Plenty of room for everyone! Once you experience your vacation in Aqua Pelican, we're sure it will become your vacation destination year after year. The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open from mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Beautiful decor. Exorbitant additional fees. Kitchen definitely not cleaned well. Literally dog hair covered everything - couches, pillows, beds, pot holders, ironing board. My son had to be on Benadryl the whole time. So much for a no pet policy. Lint rolled all clothes before leaving the condo. Major deep browish/red stains on queen bed box spring. Had to wash the king comforter since it had white crusty stuff on it :-/. Elevators were out of service the whole weekend. Laundry from previous guests bagged in front of our door the whole time. Cable didn't work. Texted with VACASA. Received apologies and promises of local help...nothing. Hasn't returned any emails. No refund of cleaning fees. It's a shame. I didn't want to have to leave this review. If there was any indication there would be some resolve, I wouldn't have. But it's not fair to those looking at reviews for truth. Beautiful place but feel scammed...

The condo was as pictured. Clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and the decorating was very nice. We could not get the main TV to work but this could have been user error. Vacasa personnel did try to help us set it up, but we still did not get it to work. (We wanted to watch the Guardians). Would stay here again. PS. The cleaning fee was way too high

Access to storage space that included beach cart, chairs, and umbrella. Lovely decor throughout the condo. Good amount of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, silverware, plates and glasses. Menus are a little outdated but most places are still in business. All around a pleasant condo!

Nice and roomy for 6 people, beach access was amazing, very well decorated, just like the photos on the website, comfortable, the inside of the condo was very clean.
