Very clean, easy check in and check out. Bed was very comfortable if a little on the soft side. Shelves in the fridge are labelled for each room (there are 5 rooms) Free tea and coffee was a nice touch. Lots of sockets to charge things

Be aware if booking for hospital visits, there is only a single space on the drive for free parking, so if this is taken you have to park on the street, which is only up to 2 hours parking from 9-6 which is not ideal when hospital visiting hours are from 2pm - 8pm. There are strict operating hours on the cooking and washing machine, which makes sense to disrupt the other guests less however do factor this in if visiting the hospital, we were unable to use either facility due to the visiting hours at the hospital clashing with the operating hours. I feel this would be less of a problem on longer stays but something to be aware of if booking a single night as check in is at 3pm and check out at 10am We stayed in the ensuite room and the shower alternated between hot and cold during use. The toilet is a bit too close to the wall to sit on straight so bear this in mind if you have long legs.
